Disappointed with General Motors. forced to answer above. Richard Pate was excellent. I have a 2016 Z51 Corvette with less than 16,000 miles. The WTY expired in April 2019. On two separate occasions while the Richard Pate was excellent. I have a 2016 Z51 Corvette with less than 16,000 miles. The WTY expired in April 2019. On two separate occasions while the car was in warranted in 2018 I complained of the car shuddering or fluttering at hiway speeds. Also a popping noise when turning on uneven pavement. I was told by the mechanic to wait until after 15,000 miles because some time the car will adjust to the driver. On the third time they tried to diagnose that and repair it. However the new car wty had run. I had also bought an extended wty from the dealership. I was told neither wty would pay even though the complaints had been made while the car was in wty and I had been told to wait. I made a complaint to GM customer service and they wouldn’t honor the wty or pay the dealer for what they did. GM had published a fix to the dealer for one of the problems. It is outrageous that a $70,000 car with less than 16,000 miles when the complaints had been made while under wty wouldn’t be honored! I didn’t want to rate the service center or recommend one way or the other. But I was forced to in order to submit this review. More

Looking Was only looking, wasnt planning on buying but everyone was so friendly and helpful. But thanks to Cody Johnson, Dianne Martin and Scott Farris I left with a 2019 Equinox with 3,600 miles. They paid off my 04 trailblazer and used it as a trade and I came out owing nothing down. More
