The transmission on my chevy suburban failed. I had it towed to the dealership Sunday night. Monday morning the Richard repair advisor already checked it and the problem was confirmed by the afte I had it towed to the dealership Sunday night. Monday morning the Richard repair advisor already checked it and the problem was confirmed by the afternoon. They got me a refurbished transmission form GM for less than $4500 (installed, programmed, fluids, taxes, diagnostics and all). It came with a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty, which is more than the usual power train warranty with a new vehicle. They even charged up my battery for free . Initially they thought I needed a new battery but they checked it and it was good. That saved me $240. This is a great dealership. Great, honest, and competent people. Thank you! More

Teia made our experience a great one!! We had spoke to Teia prior to us coming. We told her what our range was and what we wanted our payment to be around. He was my finance guy when I purchased my Tahoe and I loved him even then. He genuinely cares for the customer and their needs. He drops what he is doing when you walk in and makes sure you are happy with your service before you leave. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Typically the wait is around 2 hours. I only waited an hour and 20 minutes this visit. No one has all day to wait for service especially if you have a scheduled appointment. Thank you David!!! More
