After speaking with GM Corp 1st, I elected to give a call and was afraid we would be stranded due to lack of parts, etc. To our surprise, parts were in stock and they got us right in and handled the issue. I appreciate my service advisor and GM for not holding us up longer than needed as all was covered under our powertrain warranty. More

Very nice experience with only a few exceptions My only problem was with the GM, he passed by me several times even stopping one time at the desk where I was sitting to drop off the extra keys and n My only problem was with the GM, he passed by me several times even stopping one time at the desk where I was sitting to drop off the extra keys and new car packet for the car I was purchasing and never once acknowledged me. I feel in today's competitive market place that is very rude and unacceptable.
