Nathan, David and Richard were excellent After speaking with David regarding the defectively placed molding on our brand new 2019 Suburban, he walked me over to Nathan himself and expressed s After speaking with David regarding the defectively placed molding on our brand new 2019 Suburban, he walked me over to Nathan himself and expressed specifically what was present. Nathan then stated the plan to David to order an entire new piece of molding for the passenger side doors, have them call us when it is in, and have Jammy ready with a loaner vehicle once that occurs so the repair can occur seamlessly without loss of a transportation for me.
