The GM came out and talked to me, he said he was going to go make a call and get back with me, 2 minutes later Nathen came out to inform me the GM wasn’t going to approve the deal........ the GM didn’t come back out as he stated he would and I am questioning his fortitude to just be honest with me in the first place. Bottom line y’all got called out for trying to bait and switch. Anyway, to be a good customer I met them in the middle and came up on the sale price and split the difference of their loss with them. While doing the paper work no one had the vehicle serviced and worse yet someone keyed the passenger side of the vehicle while we were inside doing paper work and I didn’t realize it till I got home. Also before driving out of the lot I noted the front drivers side tire was almost flat and I pointed it out to the sales person who sent me down the street to a gas station to air it up. To add insult to injury I have been sitting here for 2 hours after they scheduled me to come in today to have the vehicle serviced as it should have been and the sales person affirmed to me it had......... but wasn’t! AND THEY HAVNT EVEN STARTED SERVICING THE VEHICLE YET after 2 hours! I am really disappointed with this dealership and it’s service all around. More
