service The service department did a great job of servicing the Traverse, rotating the tires, and an attempt to change all of the wipers. The technician discovered the need to replace the air filters. They brought the old ones for me to inspect and approve the changing. So they kept me well informed. Only problems was they were not able to change the back window wiper due to not having the ones in stock for the 2016 Traverse. They order from a a local parts department and when it arrived it was the wrong one too. So after they asked my forgiveness for not being able to change the wiper, and told that it would be taken care of the next time my vehicle was serviced. More

Cruze service round 2 After the incident where I brought my Cruze diesel in for an oil change in which I’m almost 100% that did not get done, however I was charged for it, After the incident where I brought my Cruze diesel in for an oil change in which I’m almost 100% that did not get done, however I was charged for it, I spoke with the service manager and he was eager to have me bring my Cruze diesel back in to have the oil changed. So I carried it back in and physically stood in the shop and watched them change the oil and filter. I appreciate the service manager making it right, however, I will no longer use them for my service, I will just do it myself. More

Insane service prices I didn’t have any trouble with the service department, however the price of services is ridiculous. They wanted $130 to change a fuel filter on my Cru I didn’t have any trouble with the service department, however the price of services is ridiculous. They wanted $130 to change a fuel filter on my Cruze diesel.. the filter alone was $55 at the dealership... I looked online and got the exact same filter AC DELCO fuel filter for less than $30 and I’m going to install it myself... my Cruze has seen the last of its dealership services...... More
