I had to think about this one for a while because while the customer service was great the practices this dealer were unsatisfactory. They definitely way undervalued my trade in and forced me to use their the customer service was great the practices this dealer were unsatisfactory. They definitely way undervalued my trade in and forced me to use their financing and buy GAP to buy this vehicle. Even my bank was unaware with that practice and made a note on it. The salesman was great, no fault to him I don't think. I did unfortunately buy the gap coverage which was also over priced but I was able to return that and they did a great job at refunding the amount quickly. They did accept my bank at their dealership and I had to close with them vs bringing in my own check which resulted in a higher interest rate. Overall I give them credit for not marking up the new vehicle as others are doing but they made up for it undervaluing my trade by a long shot and forcing me to close with them and selling me gap as a requirement for financing. I had two other family members looking for vehicles and I was hoping to find a good dealer to work with in the future but at this moment I will look at other places. I understand dealerships need to Make money but to win customers long term would seem like a better option long term rather than quick profits. More

With his help and Simons they put me in a truck I can afford with a warranty and were able to roll what I owed on my old truck with my debt on the new, and also helped me with some money saving ideas. Just had one of the worst experiences today. It all started out great, as we looked for a 2021 Tahoe. Came across one at Team One Chevrolet Buick GMC (Shaheen Auto Group) and reach out. The sales team started out great, as we looked for a 2021 Tahoe. Came across one at Team One Chevrolet Buick GMC (Shaheen Auto Group) and reach out. The sales team Jamie and Jon was great to talk to and they honored GMS pricing. I put the deposit on the vehicle while we waited for it to arrive any day now. A few days later, I decided to ask for a trade-in value on our Jeep and it came in approx. $4500 lower than I could get from Vroom. So, from that point I would just sell it to vroom and pick up the new vehicle at GMS pricing. About 1 hour later I get notified that if I DO NOT trade in my vehicle I would have to pay MSRP on the new one, BUT if I traded in my vehicle, mind you for approx. $4500 less, they would honor GMS. So basically Team One Chevrolet Buick GMC (Shaheen Auto Group) just stuck me with either giving away my car or paying full price for the new in the eleventh hour. The exact comment was: They have to do what they have to." Mind you, this was all set to buy at GMS last week. So, if you are looking to be taken advantage of, Team One Chevrolet Buick GMC (Shaheen Auto Group) and the unethical management team is the place to go. We all get it that new cars are hard to find right, but the lack of honesty and integrity is unacceptable in todays world. More

Called the GM customer service hotline and they suggested I call Teamone again and speak to the Customer Experience Manager to get the Tahoe in to be checked out. I did and right away was told if GM isn’t co I call Teamone again and speak to the Customer Experience Manager to get the Tahoe in to be checked out. I did and right away was told if GM isn’t covering repair, I was paying for the evaluation of the Tahoe. So I made appointment and then returned call to GM customer service hotline. This time I spoke to someone different-of course, told her my problem, and she said that GM probably would not cover issue. In my opinion the Dealership should keep their word and fix the running board that they assured me before my purchase that there is no issue. I would love to speak to the owner instead of this BS texting. More

Service is lacking DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TEAM ONE--they are not a reputable dealer or service center. All of the technicians and sales people have lived in that town for years and think that they own the town. Every experience I have had with them has been terrible. They are rude, unethical and disrespectful. I have dealt with Eric Carpenter on more than one occasion and had the same experience. He is not held responsible when he is wrong because he is so buddy buddy with the management that he gets away with anything he wants. That is not a good way to run a business. I will be discussing this with GM Dealer Relationship Manager to see what can be done. This is far from the first time this has happened with this technician and dealership. HE SHOULD BE FIRED. More
Fail to disclose honest vehicle history. Mis lead! Was told our vehicle was clean with no accidents being 3 years old. Come to find out it needs 2,000$ worth of work due to a accident! Many parts have been changed from impact same reason I need to spend 2,000$ as they are impact damaged. We were told they will not be responsible for this repair even though they said it was never wrecked prior to paying them but will admit it has been wrecked and worked on after payment. Basically they will mis lead anyone for a scam sale. BUYER BEWARE!!!! More
Terrible Customer Service I dealt with a service technician - Eric C.- this dealership and Chevrolet should be ashamed to have someone like him representing them. He was condescending, rude and didn't care at all about the customer. He seemed to be severely agitated and not willing to listen to anyone. He was making inappropriate comments about a female customer and laughed about it. Just because its a small town and there aren't many other options, that shouldn't impact the level of service I have spoken with several customers and they had a similar experience with this technician. I will definitely not return and I will make sure that I share my experience as much as possible. More
