My husband and I ordered a 2023 Yukon from Team One. We literally sent in the build we wanted and waited 5 months for it to be delivered. When we picked it up, it didn't have the rear entertainment sc We literally sent in the build we wanted and waited 5 months for it to be delivered. When we picked it up, it didn't have the rear entertainment screens we had ordered. The salesman tried to say he thought we didn't order it then seemed to realize he messed up and told us we could get factory GM screens installed and he would order them for us. We had the option to reject the car at this point but he admitted (in writing) we could get GM factory screens so we agreed to have them ordered and he said it would be a few months. After a few months, he didn't respond to any emails we sent. Turns out, Team One told us they can't install the screens after they build the car. So the salesman LIED to us in order to get us to keep an $80K vehicle. The GM told us that there wasn't much he could do because we "owned the car for 8 months at that point". We kept the car because their salesman lied to us. We will never buy another car from Team One and will tell everyone we know not to. Such a terrible experience when we paid $80K cash for a car we specifically ordered and the management didn't care one bit. More

I’m truly unhappy with the purchase of my used vehicle from this place. I purchase a 2012 BMW X6 in February, 2022. I paid $1900.00 in repairs last month and had to take it back to the dealership and now from this place. I purchase a 2012 BMW X6 in February, 2022. I paid $1900.00 in repairs last month and had to take it back to the dealership and now they are asking for $4000.00 to replace. This is a problem that the dealership had to know about. It’s coolant leaks and the 4WD is about to go out. I reached out to Zach the used car sales rep a month after purchasing the vehicle and he said it was nothing they can do for me because it was as is. The engine light came in twice since purchasing and they even introduce me to another sales rep who actually owned the vehicle and traded it in. I hate that I’m going through this. In January I loss everything in a house fire two days after my wedding. I then went through four deaths. This is the last thing I need. The only reason I purchase the vehicle is because my vehicle I had before this one was burned by the house fire. It had to be something I can do? More

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership! I had been in contact with Renee prior to commuting into the dealership my lease was about to end and I wanted to price out my options. Renee was ver I had been in contact with Renee prior to commuting into the dealership my lease was about to end and I wanted to price out my options. Renee was very honest and upfront from the very first phone call. Once he told me there was a few SUVs I could easily get into within my price range I drove over to the dealer to test drive them and decide on what I wanted. A few days later the dealership arranged to have someone drive my new Denali to me and take the previous leased car back with them, they then derailed it for me and let safelite repair the cracked windshield inside their garage due to bad weather before GM came to inspect for lease turn in. I can’t say enough things about the customer service at this dealership Renee is amazing and very down to earth not pushy no adding to the cost of things. More
