Confused 5000 miles ago service recommended new rear brakes and my tires were “green” tread. Service Lea was great and when she said they were running a hour behind I wasn't too happy. I requested a rental car online because it gave me the option but Lea was great and when she said they were running a hour behind I wasn't too happy. I requested a rental car online because it gave me the option but unfortunately Lea said they couldn't do it. Somehow though my car was done in under 70 minutes so I appreciated the speedy service. In the future, if you can't supply the rental car you should remove the option with online booking More
