Service for my vehicle I brought my truck in for an oil change & battery check. Recall was needed. Truck was done in the time indicated-battery was not needed (appreciate I brought my truck in for an oil change & battery check. Recall was needed. Overall very good example of a fair, honest service department. More

Working it back to excellent Purchased my 2014 Nissan Versa in December of 2013, there were some wrinkles in my first few visits, car was brand new, interior was of light color, l Purchased my 2014 Nissan Versa in December of 2013, there were some wrinkles in my first few visits, car was brand new, interior was of light color, less than proper care was given to preventing stains, grease marks, etc. A few other relatively minor things now, but seemed important then when car was new. However, and it is a big however, it has been made clear to me, not just through statements, but also through the conduct of the service team over my last few visits, that efforts were being made to correct those experiences. My most recent visit frankly could not have gone any smoother, from the written estimate, to the prompt service date, the shuttle service and the repairs overall, I couldn't be any happier. I gave it a four star rating instead of a 5, simply because the initial history, but tremendous progress has been made since that time. Hope this helps. Thanks. More
