Excellent rating applies only to the service dept. I think your service department cannot be beat. The experience I had with purchasing the car was one of the worst especially with Dave Milville. Oil change I appreciated the coupon discount. I am a senior on a fixed income. I have a 2013 Altima that I initially leased but now own. Only 52103 miles on it. I appreciated the coupon discount. But I do have one question...when I dropped it off the mileage was 52103 but when I got in to drive away the mileage was 52104. How did you drive a mile within the garage??
