Fast, friendly, competent service I recently had a tire that was losing air pressure, and it finally got to the point that the low pressure sensor was warning that the pressure was dan I recently had a tire that was losing air pressure, and it finally got to the point that the low pressure sensor was warning that the pressure was dangerously low. I had to be at an important meeting that day at noon and couldn't leave my vehicle. Justin Shockley allowed me to bring the car in that morning right after I called, and they took my car into the shop right away. They found a nail, fixed the puncture, and had me back on the road in a little over half-an-hour. I really appreciated their flexibility when I needed a repair in a hurry. More

Wonderful, honest and friendly Came in for oil change and state inspection. Thought I may need tires or at least a rotation. The told me the tires were still good and that the tires didn’t even need to be rotated. They would be good through the summer. And that only the normal maintenance items needed to be done. The last dealership I went to told me my battery was leaking and my front two struts needed to be replaced. Thankfully I didn’t listen to them as I would have been spending unnecessary money. It’s food to have an honest dealership!!!! More

Very Good I have used Team Nissan since I purchased my 2013 Altima in September of 2012. There service department is very good. No hassles of pressure. They service my car, and make any recommendations as needed. My car is 5 1/2 yrs old and this is the first or second time during an oil change that they have recommended some additional service needed. I need to have my rear brakes replaced and that makes sense to me after 5 1/2 yrs on the road. Good Job !!! More
