Fuller was GREAT Went in to help a friend buy a new Mazda CX-5. While they were in finance, Fuller and I started talking about dream cars. I told him what I liked, and Went in to help a friend buy a new Mazda CX-5. While they were in finance, Fuller and I started talking about dream cars. I told him what I liked, and he mentioned that they had one of my dream machines in stock - it was a very recent trade in. A Corvette at a Mazda dealer? Really..? Took the car for a test drive, thought about it for a day or so, then called him back to get some numbers. No pressure, no BS, no games. He told me what they needed for the car, I told him what I wanted for payments, and we ended up making a deal. I would've tried arm wrestling him for a better deal, but the odds would've been against me. Meet him. You'll figure out what I'm talking about. Nice Guy, Good Deal - he's the guy I'm going to call when my Daughter is ready to buy. More

Advertising on radio is wasted I was intrigued by the radio spot, then when I took the time to look on Mazdaelcajon.com on-line I could not find the touted deal for $5 per month for I was intrigued by the radio spot, then when I took the time to look on Mazdaelcajon.com on-line I could not find the touted deal for $5 per month for a CX-5..... Very frustrated and will go to another dealer, unless they are equally or more lame than MEC Also, your website is terrible; assumes feedback is for service. If the default for feedback goes to service, then this is a clear sign NOT to consider approaching MEC for anything! Bad sales is one thing but service last a long time. ....where's the "YOU SUCK" rating???? a parting note: Why do I need to attest to acknowledgement of Terms & Conditions before leaving feedback. Trust me, i am trying to help you improve your presecnce with customers, but it's difficult when it's not made easy! 'nuff said More

great 1st time car buying experience! great experience all around & well taken care of by the three A's. i had been car hunting for a bit & initially reached out to get a price proposal as great experience all around & well taken care of by the three A's. i had been car hunting for a bit & initially reached out to get a price proposal as i was shopping around to all the local dealerships looking to get the best bang for my buck. of all the dealerships i reached out to you guys had the best follow up, i work overnights so email correspondence is my go to. Alana was my initial point of contact & she provided great assistance, answering my questions & willingness to work with me. after working with me to agree on a price to beat a competitor quote she helped setup an appointment. Anthony was the sales agent that helped at the dealership who was also great at helping me answer some last minute questions & concerns. i also came in on a miserably rainy day but that didn't stop him from braving the weather to bring the car around for me to inspect & take out for a test drive, great service! Art then helped me with the fiance/paperwork & he was great as well. he was very thorough & patient going over everything with me, even a couple times when it didn't click for me the 1st time! in the end i walked out happy with my purchase & the level of service i received, all thanks to the 3 A's - Alana, Anthony & Art :) i look forward to working with them again in the future or anyone else at the Mazda El Cajon dealership as everyone was very welcoming & willing to earn my business. thanks! Johnny Luttrell and his team were in my opinion a cut above the other salesmen at the competing dealerships in the area. They had a great knowledge of their products as well as similar models from different auto makers. I'm a man that does his research and the facts that Johnny and his team presented were completely accurate. It was easy to tell that the entire dealership from sales to financing and the service department had our nest interest in mind. I would definitely recommend Mazda El Cajon to any family on their next vehicle purchase. More

Todd and Justin tag teamed negotiating me and then neither of them seemed to know what the other The worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. Todd and Justin tag teamed negotiating me and then neither of them seemed to know what the other said. I went in for the online lease deal and they came back with a deal $80/mo more than the online deal. I talked them back down to the online deal after 3 hours and then during the lease signing they slipped into the lease the negative equity on my car which they said they would take care of. I missed it, that was my mistake but they lied to me and added that line item in. I will NEVER do business with them again and will warm all of my friends to stay away. More
