Not accredited with the BBB which is far from surprising. Even though they claim their accessories are optional they will try to slide the cost in and call it something else. They informed me they don't take a trade in or a down payment UNLESS you use their financing. I only found them because they are on my banks website for car buying. So for them to try anyway they could to use their own finance company is obviously their way of a side hustle. The sales associate i worked with was nice but the company from the top down is shady. Somehow the price online was 19,575 and after trade in and down (7,500) it became 19,890.. Someone should teach them how basic math works. More

At first it was bothersom getting text & calls from them all the time. It kept me real and the fact that I needed a new car, my old car felt like it was becoming unsafe to drive. Went is for service on our CX5. It was so easy and fast. Had a 10am appointment, I was 40 min early. Oil change, rotate tires, checked over car, and car washed all in 45 min.
