I always dread shopping for a new vehicle but I finally had a good experience when I decided to go to Team Mazda Subaru. I had been doing a lot of research online and had worked with Tressa from the Intern had a good experience when I decided to go to Team Mazda Subaru. I had been doing a lot of research online and had worked with Tressa from the Internet department. I don't like to waste an entire day at the dealership and she was very helpful with the process and we were able to get a lot done before I even came down to the store. I have had some credit difficulties in the past and was concerned about what rate and payment I would be stuck with but after working with a sales team that actually listened to me about what I needed and what was important to me, I am very happy with my vehicle and my payment. I would recommend Team Mazda Subaru to anyone who is looking for a vehicle and will definitely be back when it is time for my next one. More

After a week or so of researching cars, I settled on a vistit to Team mazda. I know, I hear the never ending ads as well, but you know they are convincing?!? We bought a car from Rob Rapp and were nothing but happy from start to finish. We don't have great credit and had a few bad expiereances at a few other places. Rob was very upfront and didnt give us the run around. I would tell anyone thinking of buying a car to go see Rob at Team Mazda. Very rude salesman with a horrible attitude. Individual has absolutely no concept of how to approach customers. It's amazing that he is able to sell a car at all. He makes a lot of assumptions.
