We went into the dealership with credit issues and not a confident feeling about being able to buy a car. After we met with our sales rep, Jake Rapp, we felt better about the process. Jake was so knowledgeable about all the cars in the inventory. I would expect a Mazda salesman to know about a Mazda, but we bought a Ford Fusion. Jake knew all about the Fords, equipment, drive train and awards that I would have been impressed even if he was a Ford dealer. It's obvious Jake knows cars and he was a pleasure to work with. I will tell all my friends about him. The whole staff at Team was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful buying experience. More

Our over all experience at Team Mazda was very comfortable. I have dealt with many car salesmen over my years, and I can certainly say that this was my best encounter with a salesperson. Some people go to dealer shops expecting to be there for hour on-end with little or no result; expectations of getting something just to leave unsatisfied and disappointed. Our credit needless to say is not perfect, but Rob Rapp along with Suzy Q worked hard with us to find the vehicle that would fit our budget and our need, and rebuild our credit with a vehicle we liked. Not everyone can do that. I want to thank both of them for changing my view of the salesmen, and anyone who knows me will tell you that this is not easy to do. More

I was SO pleased with Team Mazda! My salesman was incredibly nice from the start and NEVER pushy! I LAST thing I expected was a BRAND NEW car at a payment I'd already known I was okay with. I called John late Saturday afternoon and told him about my almost impossible situation that I currently had with my Xterra.
