As far as our options go as to which vehicle to buy he and Rob explained in detail the difference in vehicles that we looked at and better informed us as to what we really needed as far as a long term vehicle for us...I am so in love with my pickup. We went in thinking that we would not qualify for a loan but to see where we stood. Sam was AMAZING! He was great with our 3 year old daughter and made her feel like she was apart of the buying experience as well. He went above and beyond any salesman that I have dealt with and I used to work for a car dealership! He was also not very pressuring with the sale. He just took his time and allowed us to make the decision at our own pace. He was also just as excited for our purchase as we were. I felt like he was apart of our family making the purchase. I would definitely recommend TEAM and Sam to all of my friends. I can't believe that we got the car we wanted and had such a positive experience in the process. Sam also helped explain how we could use our car loan to help improve our credit. Something that had never been explained to us in the past. Expecting to be hassled and pressured into buying some clunker I had my guard up pretty high. My parents went with me to the Team Mazda Sale that was going on at Karcher Mall, and from the moment we set foot on the lot we were greeted cheerfully by our salesman Sam. He asked a few questions and got an idea of what I was looking for and what my needs were. He got right down to the point, was realistic with my choices of vehicles, and was extremely friendly and genuine while trying to help me make a very big decision. He worked really hard with me to find a car that was in my price range, and had an affordable down payment. Never once did I feel pressured into buying a car. After working out some logistics, he took me to the first car that he had in mind, a 2012 Fiat. At first glance I was kinda unsure of the vehicle, seeing as I know nothing about them. Sam put my worries at ease and was very knowledgeable about the car. From the Gas mileage to the safety rating, he kept me well informed. My biggest concern was that my husband(who is 6'4) would not fit inside the tiny car comfortably. Sam asked another associate, who was quite tall to sit in it so that I could have an idea of how spacious it was inside. Once I saw that my husband would fit(not that it really mattered to much since it is my car :) ) I immediately wanted to take it for a test drive. Instant love . Once we finished with the drive we went back to crunch the numbers and see what kind of payment I would have to make to afford the wonderful car. Sam worked extremely hard to get me a killer deal, one that left me completely satisfied. When we were getting ready to sign the papers the computer system crashed at the tents they were using at Karcher Mall, and we had to relocate to the Dealership. Sam apologized for the inconvenience, but since he had been so gracious to me and my parents, we obliged and drove over to the dealership. When we had sought out to by the car it was around 7:00 pm, by the time I had made my decision on getting the Fiat and was going to sign the contract it was about 8:30. The dealership closes at 7:30, but Sam said that our time was more valuable and continued to help us. Once at the dealership there was a couple in front of us that had purchased two cars, so we had to wait until they had finished to sign the paperwork on my new car. While waiting Sam sat with my parents had I and talked about all sorts of things. I felt bad that he had to sit the whole time listening to us talk, but he joined in and was extremely friendly, and cared about more that just making a sale. When the time came to sign the papers it was about 9:00 pm, and we got everything taken care of except that my husband was at work( he takes care of developmentally challenged adults), and we couldn't purchase the car without his signature. At that moment I got a little bit sad thinking I was not going to be able to take the car home that night, and I would have to wait another day before calling it mine. Sam could tell that I was a dismayed, and instantly had a solution. He offered to drive back to Boise from Caldwell to where my husband works to get all of the paper work signed and make the car officially mine. By 10:30 pm it was a done deal, and Sam left with paperwork in hand, and I had a brand new beautiful car. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience for a first time buying a car. I would highly recommend going to Sam Hansen for any of your car buying needs. He was honest, genuine, and the exact opposite of the stereotypical car salesman that everyone complains about. :) He impressed my parents so much that when they are trading in their car they fully intend on going through him. Not only was he wonderful, but so was the rest of the staff we dealt with that night, and the days following. Thank you Sam Hansen, and Team Mazda Subaru, you truly made the experience unforgettable in the most positive way. So in my opinion, if you DON'T want to get beat up and jerked around by some rude, overbearing, usually untruthful salesman, I absolutely would come see Mr. Hansen, and Team Mazda Subaru. Oh, and I LOVE MY CAR <3 More

I have been searching for a small second vehicle for my family for the past 3 months. I have a very strict and tight budget. I needed a reliable used vehicle with good gas mileage, four doors and the kicker my payment had to be UNDER $200.00 a month. I told him if the payment was $201.00 not to call me. Trust me. . . I knew this was a challenge. My boss lives in the Boise area and was telling me about this dealership. I told my boss to go in and test drive a couple of cars and let me know if he could find anything that would fit my criteria. When he arrived at Team Mazda Subura he was introduced to Sam Hansen. Sam pretty quickly got me on the phone went through everything, ran my credit, got me approved and then went to work. To make a long story short. . .out of 250 cars on the lot he found me the one car he could make work for me. AND ITS A GREAT CAR! NOW THIS is where it gets even more amazing. . . . Sam Hansen and Jason Brown brought this car along with all the paper work PERSONALLY to me in Rexburg. They drove 10 hours in the car to make this very small sale. This was not a Mercedes Benz or any other top line car. I know he did not make a huge commission off of this, but I cannot thank these boys enough. I now have a great car, great story and a new place to buy vehicles. (PS next time I wont make you drive to me!!!) THANKS A MILLION!!!! More

Originally I came in because of a radio ad I had heard. I was skeptical at first as I have been taken in by car dealers before. They came through for me with a great car, a great price and went beyond my expectations in gettiing me the best deal. I enjoyed their entire staff and felt like I was part of "their team" ( instead of feeling like I was in a predator/prey senario.) I was very satisfied with my experience of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle at Team Mazda. The salesman, Craig, was very helpful and willing to work within my budget and needs.
