Okay, Let me start by saying that I have had both good and bad experiences with Team Mazda Subaru. I bought my first car through them in 2010 and had an amazing experience. I was completely in love with the car that had bought. Then I made the decision to go back for my second car in October of 2012. Horrible experience. I was lied to and felt completely cheated. The car that I bought went to crap. It had constant trouble. The wonderful service department tried to fix the problem multiple times, but had no luck. Finally my dad and I were able to speak with the General Manager Rob Studebaker. After explaining everything that had been going on, he was immediately ready and willing to fix the problem. I didn't want a "quick fix". I wanted a permanent solution and I got it. Rob and his amazing salesman Sam Hansen got me into a better car. Sam was completely wonderful. He listened to EVERYTHING I wanted in a car and didn't settle on the first find. He answered my questions and was never misleading. He wasn't afraid to tell me that he didn't know something and if he didn't know the answer, he found the answer. After several hours, I found an amazing car. Sam and Rob got me into a beautiful Mazda 6 with a low interest rate and a very affordable monthly payment. I'm beyond amazed at how much Team Mazda stands behind their customers and their vehicles. Thank you Rob and Sam for finally listening to me! More

Todd Crawford was the guy that helped us, he was awesome! We were worried about getting someone who would be pushy about cars we would not want. He was the opposite. He listened to what WE needed. He was very knowledgeable about both cars and financing options. We came out with an even better deal than what we hoping for. These guys don't just know great financing options, but they're also able to do great cash deals on less expensive cars. We got what we wanted for our trade and we were totally stoked about the whole car deal!! GO TEAM MAZDA, Go Todd!!! More

I walked into the dealership thinking I wouldnt be able to be helped. Jason sat down with me I explained what was going on and what I needed. Jason was awesome. I dont have the best credit but Jason was very persistant calling banks and getting me approved to walk out with a new car low miles and in amazing condition. I was very impressed with how the staff their handled themselves from first walking in being offered a seat and a beverage to leaving with a car. Thank you guys you rock. More
I spoke with Jason on the phone a week before coming out to look at the new 2013 Mazda3. I explained what I wanted to do in terms of a payment, down payment, and residual. When we met and made my selection the following week, he was able to put together the lease I wanted with a minimal amount of time and hassle. He even lowered my monthly payment by five dollars which was a pleasant surprise. It's nice to work with someone who listens to you and doesn't attempt to coerce you. I visited the dealership alone although my husband had offered to come with me, but I don't enjoy big-ticket shopping with someone along with me. I can't focus on what I want and don't want to be talked into something else. Jason treated me with the respect I try to give my own clients when they're buying a home from me. He was great to work with and I will refer all my clients and friends to him. This is the third car we have leased through Team, great job! More

I went to the local Volvo dealer and they didn't do what I asked and tried to oversell me just to do an evaluation. Matthew, Kasey and the Team Mazda group had me in and out within an hour and did a g what I asked and tried to oversell me just to do an evaluation. I just referred my Brother In Law for some work on his truck! More
Horrible customer service. I spend one Saturday looking at a couple cars and the next few days on the phone with Mike P. hashing out details. I wanted to take one of their used vehicles to a shop to have it independently inspected as was questioned several times as to why I would want to do that and why I didn't trust their mechanic's inspection. I think its pretty standard to inspect a used car. Then the dealer kept pestering me to come in and talk to them for "numbers." I took a long lunch one day only to find they would not bargain off the MSRP of a new Mazda (nobody pays sticker, lol) and they wanted $4000 over NADA book for a 16 year old truck. They said it wasn't a "book truck." When I asked why they valued my trade-in truck below book yet expected to sell old vehicles above book they couldn't answer. I was condescended to and given double talk the entire time. I expect a little of this from a dealer but Team Mazda-Subaru in Caldwell, Idaho is the most extreme case I have ever seen. More
