I thought their $99 deal was just a joke, BUT it wasn't ! Ms. Taylor found the car on the lot and worked hard to get the sale completed. I would like to tell you that I hate buying cars. My car finally needed to be replaced. Subaru has a high quality car but I have never owned one so i thought i would go to Team Subaru to check out their ca finally needed to be replaced. The night before i had put some info in nadaguide to check out Subaru's and got a reply right back from Alex and told them I would be in tomorrow AM. I was sent an email with a meeting invite for Jason Brown. Sam met me as i was walking in and greeted me with can I help you> I told Sam I had an appointment with Jason. Sam could not find him so asked if He could help me. Of course you can. So anyway sorry for the long story but we had fun driving a few cars even to my house so my wife could see. Sam has a great personality and made my car buying experience very enjoyable. He even bought me lunch. So who likes to sit down with the Finance guy? I don't and have actually walked away from a car deal once because of the finance guy. But in this case he was just as fun to work with as Sam. His Name is Ruben (hope i spelled it correctly). I actually felt great in their building and very welcome. I got a great deal on my car and my wife and I are very happy. Josh Gragg is the greatest. He worked did have us choose a car first. He showed us what he could get us into with our credit report. And when he showed us one car and seen my 6'3 husband couldn't drive comf a car first. He showed us what he could get us into with our credit report. And we then had problem with the car and the service department worked with us to get it fixed. Definitely will be going back if need to. More

They staff here are all super friendly and nice! They have went out there way to make me and my family comfortable.. Team Mazda were great to work with. There was no pressure to hurry up and find a car. We had a really bad experience at Tom Scott Toyota a couple days before coming to Team. This dealer ship is pressure to hurry up and find a car. We had a really bad experience at Tom Scott Toyota a couple days before coming to Team. This dealer ship is completely different than Tom Scott......I will never go back to them. We worked with Dave the first day and Jason Baird both days that we were there. They both were awesome. Jason got us into the car of our dreams. We were only there about 3 hours, compared to the other dealership, we were there about 6 hours. In a nutshell, Team and Jason were amazing to work with!!!
