I just purchased a 2013 Madza CX 9 and love it. I worked with Jake & Rob Rapp who were super to deal with. They were professional, friendly and gave me a SUPER deal. They listened to my desires, answered all my questions to make sure I was aware of all my options. In fact, they gave me great advice on trading in my Jeep. Jake Rapp advised me to sell my Jeep privately instead of a trade-in, because I could get so much more, since hunting season is just around the corner. He was definitely right, since I sold it for twice the trade-in value. My Madza runs like a dream, and it had everything that was advertised on it. So, I was desperate and in need of a dependable ride that was similar to my current vehicle. (Which decided to die right when I needed it!) I would first like to say that I am very distrustful of car sales people. My prior experiences have been less than helpful. When I came in to look at cars, I was not sure of the model that I wanted, altho car sales people. My prior experiences have been less than helpful. He was not pushy and did not put me on the spot to make decisions quickly. He gave me the information I requested and then we worked though the numbers together. Jason knew how much I had to spend and we worked through the different models to determine my choices. I was not pressured and that is one of best attributes for Team Mazda. I would definitely recommend Team Mazda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
