Just toying with the idea of a new car we stopped in. My husband has been talking about getting a Subaru for about 3 years. When we walked in David Titus welcomed us and was very friendly. We took a couple days to think about. When we decided on the exact vehicle we wanted, we called the Boise Subaru location to see if they had one because we knew Team Subaru did not have one on the lot. Needless to say, we didn't get anywhere with the man from the Boise location. He said he couldn't help us. Back to Team Subaru, Milly Landry worked very hard for us. We located the exact car we wanted in another state and she worked her magic to have it delivered here to Nampa by the weekend. Milly stayed in contact with us the whole time of transit. Milly also did a great job and worked super hard to come up with a price that was acceptable to both the Dealership and us as customers. Yes we did have a trade in involved. David and Milly were both there as a team to hand us the keys the the new Impreza Sport. My husband and I are so happy we had the opportunity to work with both David Titus and Milly Landry. We have been looking at Subaru's for well over a year and when we decided to look at them we first went to Team Mazda. White walking the lot, we immediately met Craig Clapier who was out on the lot and and when we decided to look at them we first went to Team Mazda. He made a few inquiries as to the type and model we were looking for and took us directly to the vehicle we had described. The lot did not have the color we were looking for so Craig said some were coming in and he would contact us. No pushing of another model color and very gracious to leave us to our decision.. When the models came in and the color we wanted was there he called and asked if we were still interested. Unknown to Craig we checked the Boise Subaru dealer and looked at the make, model and color we wanted but were not as impressed with the salesman as we were with Craig. So, we went in to see Craig, the deal was right and we now own a beautiful new white Subaru Outback! Thank Craig and Thank you Team Mazda. Our experience was EXCELLENT! More
