From the very beginning, VERY slow (if any) response to my emails. All I was asking for was a ballpark figure for a vehicle on the lot. When I finally got a response, it was rather rude!! Finally, made my emails. All I was asking for was a ballpark figure for a vehicle on the lot. When I finally got a response, it was rather rude!! Finally, made the trip to the dealership to see if I could get a price.....nope. All I got was the runaround that I always expect from car salespeople but hope that I won't get. Needless to say, they lost a possible sale and I will not recommend them to anyone. More

Team Subaru offered more options on the Crosstrek we purchases, plus thy matched the Costco pricing. Joel was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and has been very helpful in regards to other options purchases, plus thy matched the Costco pricing. Well this would have been my 3rd car from this company my 1st one the guy lied to me about the car. After have the car and putting 146,000 miles on it I only traded it in because I needed a bigger car. The s 1st one the guy lied to me about the car. The sales rep that help me with my 2nd car WAS GREAT the only thing I didn't agree with was that he quote me wrong because they almost for got to put the gap insurance on, but overall it was a GREAT experience. This last time I went has been a nightmare thats were Rob and Josh came in Rob treated me like trash and was EXTREMELY rude Josh tried his best to make the experience better but however I was told stuff that wasnt true and didn't get what I thought they were giving me, I know now I wish I would have just walked out of the building like I had planned to do after Rob had been SOOO extremely RUDE. I will never buy another car from TEAM MAZDA or recommend them to anyone More

Jason Baird answered my call when looking for a car for my daughter. We needed as soon as possible at a certain price and reliable. Jason went out of his way to find a car we had in mind. He allowed my hus my daughter. We needed as soon as possible at a certain price and reliable. Jason went out of his way to find a car we had in mind. He allowed my husband to test drive and pick me up. Arriving at the dealership was great. Everyone so friendly, asking if we needed help. Jason knew exactly what I could afford for my daughter and did everything he could to get the payment where we needed it. The atmosphere was very uplifting and fun. Unlike any other car buying experience I have had. My husband ended up trading in his truck and getting a Ford Escape and my daughter a Toyota Corolla. Came out for one car and left with two! Felt very comfortable working with the team there and Jason was amazing, and followed through with everything we requested.
