The overall experience with the people I worked with was great, they were fun to work with and I had a great time, but I was not impressed with the lack of knowledge about the vehicles on the lot. The car was ridiculously priced,which was negotiated to acceptable, there was a lot I was not informed of about the vehicle and now feel like the vehicle was cleaned but not checked properly. There was a dent in passenger side quarter panel that was brought up before the purchase but was never really dealt with, 2nd day I notice there is a sort of flat spot on one of the back tires that makes a "thump thump thump" as you drive, i was never informed of the any of the sound equipment or what it was for, and the passenger side dash board is not connected and is rippled in the material as well as a noticeable dent, 3rd day when first trying out the AUX capability, the driver side speakers don't work (probably due to the audio equipment that was installed), checked on the spare tire to find wires just laying everywhere underneath the false floor as well as misc. tools. I feel all of this should have been found if properly inspected and fixed before selling it AND not informing me. I have mentioned all the above issues since and hope to find a resolution to make it right for a vehicle that is only 3 months old. More

I needed to purchase a new car but was very reluctant to go car shopping. In the past, car shopping has not been the most enjoyable expereince I've had in life. I called the Team Mazda dealership and Rob happened to answer the phone. I can't tell you how glad I am that he was the one to answer! My experience with him was a 180 degree experience from when I've shopped for cars in the past. He was professional but very personable. He sat down and talked to me about my needs and my circumstances well before he showed me any cars. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to get to know me and my husband and wanted to get us the right car for the right price. He wasn't like other salesmen who just want to make the sale and will force the numbers to work on a car that might not be the best deal or the right fit for the customer. I will definitely recommend Rob and the Team Mazda dealership to my friends and family who are needing a car in the future! More

Really enjoyed our expereince with Craig. I felt he was willing to go above and beyond to meet are specific needs. I went in to team mazda to trade in my car. I needed a new one and i needed it that same day before two. Fernando and Jason were so wonderful. I felt like they were really looking out for me and they lis new one and i needed it that same day before two. Fernando and Jason were so wonderful. They got me set up with a wonderful mazda3 and they went above and beyondy expectations to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They showed me a ford focus and the mazda and even though the mazda was a couple years older it was the better value. Of course I didn't know anything about it but when they explained it to me (which they did wonderfully and understandably) I definitely was sold. Im so glad they looked out for me and would highly recommend these guys!! More

I recently went to Team hoping that someone could get me a second car for my family. My family just moved to the Treasure Valley and was sharing one car for Work, school and errands. I was nervous about going to a dealership because I had very bad experiences in the past and I knew I had horrible credit. However, it all changed when I dealt with Team. By far the best experience I had. Mike was the Sales Associate that helped me he walked me through the whole process. He listened to what type of car I was looking for and what I could afford. Then when it came time to look at the car. He didn't show me a bunch of cars that I couldn't afford he showed me THE car that I was looking for that I could afford and be financed for. I now drive a 2012 Ford Focus SEL. It is a great car, Great for work and gas mileage. The Team Mazda team take the the customer into the equation. It didn't feel like a dealership it felt like a partnership. I would recommend Team to anyone. I would for sure be visiting them again. More

Originally, we came into Team Mazda/Subaru to just browse around. My wife and I had owned a previously owned/certified 2005 Limited Edition LL Bean Outback. We were very satisfied with it's performance and t around. My wife and I had owned a previously owned/certified 2005 Limited Edition LL Bean Outback. We were very satisfied with it's performance and the dependability of it. Unfortunately after 3 years it began developing very serious repair problems and we had to make a sudden decision on another vehicle purchase other than a Subaru. Because we depended heavily on our vehicles for work and the way finances were tight, we had to "settle" with what we could get at the time. We made the decision to try and get back into another newer model Subaru as soon as things improved financially. Well, a year later (10-12-13), things started looking up and the winter season was approaching so we decided on looking at what models and what features were available. We drove into Team and Dave Fairchild immediately greeted us. He was friendly, genuinely interested in what our concerns and plans were. From that point forward, the folks at Team assisted us with everything from showing us new and used models to working with us to get financing. We would highly recommend Dave and the folks at Team Mazda/Subaru to our friends and family. More
