This was my first time experience buying a new car. I didn't know what to expect. Didn't know how the process would go. Didn't know if I could even qualify for a loan to purchase a car. Walking in, very nervous, a man greeted me and asked how he could help me and I told him I was looking for Jason Baird. I had an appointment made through a contact that does advertising for Team Mazda, who told me to work with Jason Baird. Starting talking to Jason about finances and what I was looking for and he got that part of the process running as quickly as possible and found a loan through my bank, which was amazing. I was driving a family car, which was a Chevy Malibu. I loved driving it and wanted something similar. Jason took me right to them!! No questions about why not a MAZDA, or forcing the issue. A Chevrolet is was I came in knowing I wanted and he made sure that's what I got to look at and go home with. Jason and many of the other staff that worked with me during this process were very friendly. They didn't try to confuse me, being I am a first time car buyer. The experience was very joyful and it just happen to be the best new years eve I have experienced. Couldn't be happier with my new Chevy Malibu that TEAM MAZDA sold to me. Jason has been great even after the day of sale. I receive a Thank You package hand delivered by him personally.
