I just went in for a test drive, but Dave was so good at answering all my questions and there were many, and so directly I decided I was ready for a new Subaru. The car really sells it's self . My last 3 cars were Buicks but I drove away from Team with an almost new Nissan. First, my husband took the special sales "key" we got in the mail to the dealership just to check. After talking with Robb, husband called and told me to get to the dealership in the next few hours because they had good trade-in offer for only 2 days. Robb met me at the door and first visited with me to understand my needs. The used Buick on the lot was sold before I got there but he directed me toward an almost new Nissan. After test drive, the office made arrangements for low interest loan at LOCAL credit union. It was only a few hours from not really planning to buy a car to driving home in a new (to me) one. While I was signing all the papers, Robb transferred all the 15 years of accumulated junk from my old car to the new one. Unbelievable! We live only a mile from this dealership so it will be handy for service work. More
