After extensive research, I knew that an Outback/Premium would be my next car. However, I had been putting off & dreading having to drive long distances to dealerships only to have to face that type of shop would be my next car. Fortunately, Team Mazda Subaru had a road show near me in Hailey, where I met Craig Clapier. With his helpful, positive, down to earth attitude & knowledge, I was able to make the move towards buying. He and his team were able to come up with a %rate that worked for me. From the lot we settled into an old store front that was used for the office. In this rather priceless setting with Craig, Mike Pioskonka, Rod Studebaker & Ruben Rodriquez, it was obvious how well the team worked together to get the financing & all contract details completed. At this point the car with the color I wanted was back at the dealership. No problem! Craig & Mike delivered it to my place in Ketchum the next night, got my phone paired & the final paper work completed. KUDOS to Team Mazda Subaru ! More

I had done considerable research on Subarus and knew pretty well what I was looking for. I connected with Team Subaru through internet sales, with Amanda by chat. My husband and I came out to "just take a look" at new and previously-owned Subarus first thing on a Saturday morning. My husband was NOT looking forward to car shopping but he just grinned and said that it was the easiest experience he's had with buying a car. Of course we fell in love with a Venetian Red Pearl and drove away in a new 2014 Outback. We've been looking in Boise at Subarus for a couple years but just never seemed to connect with a sales associate who gave us confidence. Robb Rapp was superb and the team worked well together getting us set up, paperwork done, photo taken, and on the road with a full tank of gas! Of course, with a Subaru, we're only car shopping once every few decades so great work Team Subaru!! More

I don't believe in writing a review, whether positive or negative, unless it is earned. The only other review (other than the one I am writing now) I have EVER written is when my wife and I visited Team or negative, unless it is earned. The only other review (other than the one I am writing now) I have EVER written is when my wife and I visited Team Mazda for the first time and Jeremiah not only went 'above and beyond' for us as far as customer service goes, but also showed he cared about us AND earned my full trust in the process which is the reason we came back again. I do not believe there are many "salesman" that can be trusted and that will go out of there way to do EVERYTHING they can to help a person get the best deal but I can say wholeheartedly, that Jeremiah is without a shadow of a doubt, the only person I have ever bought a car from that I truly believe cares more about the person (buying a car) then he does about selling a car. He is honest and his integrity cannot be questioned! I would look at anybody in the eye and tell them straight faced that they would be absolutely crazy not to go to Team Mazda and talk to Jeremiah before going ANYWHERE else to buy a vehicle. He will do everything he can do to get you the best deal possible! He has done it for us....TWICE! As long as he is working there, I know I have a dealership I can go to where there is someone who can be trusted. I have NEVER had better service, when buying a car, than I have at Team Mazda! More

I stopped into the dealership to look at a Mazda Miata just for fun. My goal was to look for some type of hybrid car for the good gas mileage at either a Honda or Toyota dealership. When Jake asked me what I would think if I could get a car with just as good gas mileage that didn't have to rely on batteries, I was intrigued. The next thing I knew, I was purchasing a 2014 Mazda 3 with all the bells and whistles for less than I would have paid for a hybrid, and it was the exact color I had wanted, metallic blue.
