Would suggest to the service department to replace air filters and make sure keyless entry systems worked. More
NOT happy I did not appreciate the fact that they tried to bully me into purchasing a car. They never even asked me what type of car I was looking for or my bud I did not appreciate the fact that they tried to bully me into purchasing a car. They never even asked me what type of car I was looking for or my budget. Jeremiah basically just picked out a car that he thought I would like,WAY over my budget might I add, and then when I told them I wanted to keep looking, they acted offended. THEM. Makes no sense to me. I was only offered to look at that one particular car, nothing else. I felt as if Jake insulted my credit because it was a "miracle" that anyone accepted a loan for me. Which is ridiculous because I went to another car dealership and they approved me right away. I would NEVER go back to Team Mazda. After I left that day, I felt very upset. That is NOT the way to treat your customers, boys!!! Bullying does not work for me!! That's how I felt, bullied. They told me I would never be able to get a payment of $250/month because that just wasn't "reasonable" yet I went to another dealership, found a car I loved, in my price range, with a better interest rate that Team Mazda, AND my payment is close to $200/month. You guys should be ashamed at the way you treat people. I'll never go back. More
I had an awesome experience at Team Mazda Subaru in Nampa! Jason was great to work with, he listened to what I wanted and got me into the Subaru I've always wanted. Both Jason and Liza went above and beyond my expectations, they took a motorcycle as a trade in! I would never have known to ask if we could trade in the motorcycle but Liza really listened to my concerns and suggested we trade in the motorcycle so we can have two cars. I will definitely be going back to them again when I'm ready for an upgrade, and I'll be sending my friends and family there as well. More
We went in with the intention of purchacing a good used car and trading in our current vehicle. When we pulled in we were instantly greeted by a saleman and he got right to the point asking why we were the car and trading in our current vehicle. He got us to a knowldgeable represenative who took the time to get to know us and help us find the right car. We eventually settled on a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Jake was very friendly and very helpful. He cares about my investment and wants to help me out the best he can. One thing I love about Jason Baird is that he never gave up on me, he always helped work out ANY and ALL possible solutions, whether it was dealing with finding me the right payment or helping me figure out the right decision in getting into a car, he was awesome. I never felt like he was out to get my money, he has a personal connection that draws you in and it really makes working with him as a car salesmen easy. Jason Baird helped me get into my previous Mazda 3 lease and he was excellent then and was even better my second time around when leasing my Mazda CX5. Jason Baird puts all his effort into helping people get what they deserve and he makes it very obvious that he wants to help you for the better and not just out to get your money. The whole time Jason helped me he never got frustrated when I changed my mind, and he was always excited and happy for me no matter what changes I made in looking for a car. His relaxed personality makes you feel so comfortable and it makes it easy for you to get into a car that you know you will love when he recommends it. When working with Jason Baird he never wasted time in finding me my CX5, even on his days off he was searching for the perfect CX5 for me. He kept me updated on all the details and helped me to better understand what kind of a car I was getting into. I never felt like I was wasting his time. Every time I go back to Team Mazda I will make sure and find Jason and always tell him thank you for getting me into such a great deal and a wonderful car that I will be keeping for the rest of my life. Great experience with Jason Baird. I had been working with two other dealerships but the salespeople did not have the knowledge of the vehicle configuration that I needed. Jason actually saved me about with two other dealerships but the salespeople did not have the knowledge of the vehicle configuration that I needed. Jason actually saved me about $3000 by explaining that the add-ons I wanted could easily be installed in the CX5 touring model and that I did not have to go to the grand touring. This was great news as many of the features in the grand touring I did not want. Additionally, I felt 100% comfortable with Jason from our first phone call and I did not meet him or come to the dealership until I came to pick up the vehicle. That is trust on both sides. I also wanted to mention that one concern I had was that I would get to the finance table and find lots of hidden fees. Sadly there was one fee that was not disclosed up front. I mentioned my disappointment to Alex and he was able to remedy the situation. To me it is easy for a deal to go smoothly when there are no problems, but when you are tested and pass that speaks much stronger. I still need to go back for some add-ons that I ordered and I expect to get the same great result from your service department. More
Wasn't sure the 2014 Subaru Forester was exactly what I wanted, but needed to make a decision on a new vehicle quickly. To be honest, I had been leaning toward a Ford Escape. I went to the only Subaru I wanted, but needed to make a decision on a new vehicle quickly. To be honest, I had been leaning toward a Ford Escape. I went to the only Subaru dealer in the area open on a Sunday (Team), to test drive the Forester XT to make up my mind. My experience with another local Subaru dealer just the day before wasn't great (waited 20 min for a sales rep to approach us on the lot, sales rep said "I'm not going to try to sell you this vehicle, you'll either buy a Subaru or you won't"), so my expectations were low this time. However, we were greeted promptly and immediately shown what we came to see. Our sales rep, Rob, wasn't pushy but did a great job of explaining all the features and benefits of the Forester, which is what ultimately sold me on the vehicle. It was much more than I planned to spend originally, but Rob and Rueben gave their best effort to make sure we found a price we were comfortable with. Overall a pleasant experience, and I'd recommend Team over the competition to anyone considering a Subaru. More
I had a surprisingly easy, seamless and pleasant experience working with Jason Baird and the rest of the team at Team Mazda. I initially made contact with Jason back in January requesting informat experience working with Jason Baird and the rest of the team at Team Mazda. I initially made contact with Jason back in January requesting information on a couple of different car models. Since I live out of state, I was only considering a slight possibility of purchasing a car in Idaho on my next visit to see my family. From the moment I spoke with Jason I knew that he was a true professional, knew his product AND he genuinely wanted to make sure I made the right decision for me too. What struck me the most is that he wasn't pushy at all and was completely transparent with all of his information. He definitely has a unique quality to build trust with his clients and I felt immediately that I wasn't going to be led into a decision I would regret. During the next 74 days, with several attempts at getting to Idaho that fell through and cancelling appointments with Jason approximately 5 times, he was patient, polite and had a great sense of humor about all of it. When I finally was able to make it to Idaho last weekend I went to Team Mazda. When I arrived, Jason was finishing up with a customer, and two other sales people immediately greeted me and offered help and something to drink. As I looked around the showroom and walked by other employees' desks, everyone was friendly, smiling, etc. It did not feel like a pushy car dealership by any means. When Jason and I sat down to discuss the different cars I was interested in, he took the time to really consult with me to determine what I needed. We test drove three cars and I really liked them all. He asked me which one I loved and I of course chose the one that I didn't think would be affordable. Within minutes he had worked an amazing deal for me that I thought had to have had some sort of catch! But it didn't. Then I told him I'd take it if it was in red, and there was no red on their lot. The next thing I knew, he had arranged for his guys to go trade a vehicle with another dealer. My new red Mazda CX-5 arrived within an hour. There are so many things that Jason and Team Mazda did to go above and beyond for me during my whole car shopping/purchasing experience. Even the follow through and follow up customer service has been stellar. Jason made it clear that if I have any issues, questions, or problems to please contact him and they would do all they can to help even though I live out of state. I would definitely recommend Jason and Team Mazda to everyone in the market for a car and I would absolutely buy a car from Jason again. More
