However Team not only put up with my constant questioning and borderline disrespectful lack of trust, they worked hard to show I could trust them and broke down every process of the deal for me. Eight months later, we found ourselves in a little bit of a different situation, and needed to move from the base model Forester to the premium. We worked with Jason and he went above and beyond to make sure we walked away happy! Through the entire process, we never felt like we were working with "car salesmen" (you know what I mean by that title in quotes). We know they were honest with us, and gave us the best price and service they could offer. Our next Subaru will definitely be purchased at Team; hopefully we'll be lucky enough to work with Mike or Jason again! More

Made things right Early this year we purchased a new Subaru Legacy. The car had to be shipped in from out of state. When we arrived to pick it up we were immediatly d Early this year we purchased a new Subaru Legacy. The car had to be shipped in from out of state. When we arrived to pick it up we were immediatly disappointed because there were certain features missing. We thought we could live with it and drove it home. The next day my Wife and I decided we were so disappointed we wanted the problem resolved. I presented Josh with 3 suitable options, he chose to replace the car. We drove our new car over 5000 miles and when the correct car arrived (they had to order it from Subaru) Josh gave us full purchase trade in on the wrong car and delivered a brand new Crystal Black Silaca Subaru Legacy with 4.4 miles on it! Now that's customer service! He even served us a cup of cold water while we did the paper work. This was our second purchase with Josh and we talked about a possible third in the very near future. Team is fantastic, Josh is a pleasure to work with I would absolutely buy another car with this team of respectful, fun and reasonable people. Go Team! More

Great friendly staff We were looking to see what we could do toward getting a higher mileage car with the features we wanted.
