Taking care of the customer! We met Sean on purchasing a new vehicle for our daughter, who's a beginner driver. Great Experience I went to Team Mazda Subaru with hopes to trade in my car in but I wasnt very hopeful they'd be able to help me with bad credit. I was happy that O wa I went to Team Mazda Subaru with hopes to trade in my car in but I wasnt very hopeful they'd be able to help me with bad credit. I was happy that O was able to get a better car with them. Forrest was super friendly and wonderful to work with. He was up front about everything and answered every question I had. Before we even got started on anything he made sure I knew where I was honestly looking payment wise and I appreciated that more than anything. I will definitely be recommending Team Mazda and Forrest to anyone I know looking for a car. More
Good and Bad Experience I had a good and bad experience at Team. When we first showed up on a Saturday, Craig is the one who greeted us. He was very nice and brought us insid I had a good and bad experience at Team. When we first showed up on a Saturday, Craig is the one who greeted us. He was very nice and brought us inside to Rob for him to figure out what vehicles we could afford. Honestly, I wish we would have just stayed with Craig because he did far more than he was required and way more than Rob did for us. Rob continually was feeding us lies. While I understand that he's a salesman, I do not appreciate being lied to. We had been to several other dealers and been offered the same interest rate that he was offering but he continually was telling us that since we had no credit score and were new buyers, this is the best score that we would ever get and no other dealer would offer it. He made a point to continually point out that our credit score was crap and it made me consider leaving several times. He did offer us a fairly good price on our trade-in, which was mainly because we went in when they had the deal of giving at least $2,000 on any trade-in. He told us that there were only three cars on the entire lot that he could sell to us for what we were approved, which was also a lie. He got lucky that one of the cars he showed us was one that my husband and I really liked. We test drove our Kia and were absolutely in love with it. It hadn't been detailed yet but he told us if we brought it back in Monday, they would detail all of it for us. We did finally buy the Kia and come Monday, we brought it in the morning and he proceeded to tell us that we needed to make an appointment first and then they would detail it another day. What made me the most angry is that he did not tell us when we bought it that we needed to make an appointment. We are from out of town and wouldn't have time to get it done before we headed back home. Craig overheard this conversation and proceeded to take over from there and went out to the service area and made time for us to get our vehicle done. When we got our vehicle back, we noticed that there were a ton of paint chips on it that before we had thought were dirt. It was frustrating because Rob was very adamant about not lowering the price on our vehicle and told us several times that it was in great shape. I understand it is my responsibility as a buyer to go out and check the vehicle for things like that, but once again they were not noticeable with all of the dirt on it when we bought it. I wish I would have asked for the price to be lowered even more because I will most likely soon need a new paint job. Luckily, Craig was very nice and was willing to order touch up paint for me so that I can at least fix some of the spots until we are able to get it painted. With all of the questions I needed to ask about our vehicle, I only contact Craig because he is so helpful and nice. If it wasn't for Craig, I probably wouldn't have bought my Kia from Team and left the moment Rob started spewing things from his mouth. He made me as a buyer feel really low about myself because my husband and I are just starting out and haven't had the chance to build our credit yet. I'm so happy that Craig was there to help us out and smooth over all of the things that Rob screwed up. I would recommend anyone going to buy a car at Team to work with anyone but Rob. Thank you Craig for all of your hard work and willingness to go above and beyond to make your customers happy. More
