Friendly, Fast, and Straight Forward. We had a great experience with Team Mazda Subaru. It has probably been 10 years since I purchased a car through a dealership. Due to our yucky credit, I was afraid we wouldn't be able to get the monthly payment within our price range. I was able to talk to Jason on the phone, tell him about our situation, do our application online, all from my desk at work. Jason spent the day finding us a loan offer and got all the information we would need to complete the purchase all in one trip. He met us outside when we arrived, walked us through everything we would need to know, and got us over to financing. Alex Gilbert was a finance genius. We still don't know how he did it, but he got our rate lower than we ever thought possible, added a warranty & maintenance agreement, and got our monthly payment exactly where we needed it to be. We left feeling relieved and happy, and very fortunate that we went to Team. More

He then had an appointment arrive and had Josh Gragg help us with a test drive and any questions. Josh G. was wonderful. Very honest with answers to my questions, knew what I would and would not be able to afford, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Josh G. went above and beyond to help get us in the car we wanted and a price that was acceptable, making the payments within my range. And personality...man, these guys are great and I never felt pressured to purchase. Jason Baird was another who was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions about the SUV and the towing capacity. Let's not forget Alex who did the final step in getting all the paperwork together and signed...very nice guy!! I have heard nothing but positive from others who have gone there and I am now one who will spread the word on what a great experience I had with Team Mazda Subaru and the great group of guys that work there. They have changed my view of car dealerships and salesmen!! :-) More

Against All Odds! We had everything against us, car broke down - dealership was far away - you name it! The all-time worse timing for it all too. The dealership took us in, sent someone to get us, treated us right from the very beginning and never stopped. Even when my wife got incredibly picky on them, they never faltered. Smiles and continued good service. I got approved for a car at a rate that surprised me almost to the floor! In the end we drove off with a brand new CX-7 that fit all of the wife's expectations. I was very nervous purchasing my first, new car but they were very nice and helpful. They were very friendly and definitely knew what they were talking about. They explained the benefits of having a Subaru Impreza and answered every question I had. They helped me get an amazing deal on my car and I would recommend everyone to go back and get a car from them. I have had my car for a little over a week now and I love it! When I picked up my car Dave came and made sure I knew how everything works. He helped me sync up my phone to it and called me on my way home to make sure I knew how to use it. I had the best experience at Team Mazda Subaru. At first I also had a salesman named Jeff help me. If you go to Team Mazda Subaru i would recommend avoiding him. He was very pushy and rude. I know salesman are supposed to be pushy but he was terribly over the top. A couple times i asked if I could go and talk to my fiancé about the car before I made a decision and he wouldn't let me go. He guilt tripped me multiple times and tried to make me feel bad for him having to do his job. I'm a shy person and he tried taking advantage of me by trying to sell me a car both me and him knew I didn't want just so he could get a sale. He was very, very rude and he made me feel very uncomfortable. When I was finished talking to Jeff I didn't commit to buying a car but I was so, so happy to be able to leave the dealership and actually be able to breath. The only reason why I gave Team Mazda Subaru all 5's was because of how amazing Dave and Forrest were. I would recommend that everyone but a car from Team Mazda Subaru and ask for Dave or Forrest and avoid Jeff. More
