False advertising at it's best. Buyer beware! When you see the ads for Team Subaru, you would expect them to be a dealership willing to work with their customers. I tried Team Subaru a few years ago and they didn't want to negotiate at all. So I am in the market to buy a new car and decided to try them again. I have done my research and knew what MSRP would be for the car I wanted, with accessories. When I gave the sales rep my request, he went away and came back stating there was one car in the country with all but one of the accessories I wanted. He then stated that it would cost me another $2,000 to get the car here. This is on top of MSRP. Come on, you are really going to charge me MSRP and not negotiate? I said "what about ordering one?" He gave some song and dance saying these cars (Legacy) aren't mass produced and that I would be better off waiting about 6 months or a year. Really??? Why would I want to wait that long? When I asked about trading in my 2013 Impreza Limited, he giggled and said well, it's really hard to tell. He then said I would be able to get more money if I sold it myself. OMG!!!!!!!!!!! I can't put in this review what I was thinking. If you want a good dealership that will work with you, deal with professional resources, and go over and above what you would expect, go to Larry Miller Subaru. They offered to order the car I want with all the accessories which will be done next week. I can't tell you what the sales reps name is since he didn't tell me and didn't give me a business card. More

Vulgar language in front of my 3 year old!!! I spoke with Rob Rapp, a salesman at this dealership on the phone. I called regarding a 2009 Chrysler 300c for sale and requested info on price. He told me it was $17995 and I made plans to visit the next morning. The following morning he called and told me he was mistaken and it was actually $23995. I questioned why and he became rude saying not to waste my time coming to look because he wouldn't work with me. The car is for my mother and we decided to go look anyways and try to see if we could negotiate face to face. We arrived and were greeted by Rob. He seemed agitated and immediately pulled my mom away from me and started telling her he has a buyer from Seattle already that was willing to pay full price. My mother asked if he could honor the price he quoted and he said "not a chance" I nicely said to him we weren't concerned with other buyers in Seattle and before I could finish my sentence he became irate and started screaming. He slammed the keys back in the box and told me "he didn't give a blank about what we wanted" and to leave his lot. I asked him why the attitude and he walked away screaming and told us to get lost. He cursed and acted very unprofessional in front of me, my mom, and my 3 year old son. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. He never apologized for the mis-info or anything. I have sent an email requesting to speak with gm but have gotten no response. More

His over-the-top sales skills, product knowledge, and personality certainly made it difficult to say "no". Not to mention the BEST TEST DRIVE EVER!! As recommended by Jeremiah, we purchased an Outback and couldn't be happier with our decision. We will definitely recommend Team Mazda Subaru and specifically, Jeremiah to everyone. More
