Ended up buying the car because it was the car my wife wanted. He promised several things that were never honored such as we could come in without an appointment the next morning to get the car detailed because it was dirty. We drove in (about 25 miles away) and was told we had to make an appointment for the next week... little frustrating. Was also told we'd get multiple keys, they only gave us one, then after signing, we were told where we could go to order another one. Seemed a bit rude, especially since those smart keys are expensive. After a couple days, we had new tires installed and the tire shop informed us that one of the main bolts holding the front frame on was broken. Team fixed this when we complained, but led me to wonder how much they inspected their cars prior to selling them. The prices are a bit high. The price I paid for a base-model was about $2000 more than the same make/mode/year for a fully loaded model at another dealer which had fewer miles. Was a little frustrated after discovering this a few days after purchase. Sad thing is, I would have discovered this if Rob wouldn't have been so pushy to my wife and convinced her she needed to buy that day, and it wouldn't last another day on the lot at that price. At the end of the day, we got the car we wanted, but I certainly won't be buying from them again in a year when I start looking for a new car for myself. More

It's akin to having teeth yanked before the novocaine kicks in. That being said, Dave, waited till the novacaine was working and took care of us. We had a limited amount of time and he got things done to our satisfaction. I will give high marks to Dave and Team Mazda Subaru on getting is into our Outback! I did give only 4 stars on price as one always feels there was money left on the table. Overall, we got a great rig for the money. More
