Safe and Sound I called Dave Fairchild to see what kind of financing magic TEAM could possibly work for us. We had previously purchased my wife's 2013 Legacy from T I called Dave Fairchild to see what kind of financing magic TEAM could possibly work for us. We had previously purchased my wife's 2013 Legacy from TEAM when we were in need of a safe dependable vehicle for the winter. We were completely satisfied with the service we received from TEAM and how hard Dave worked to get the deal we were looking for to stay within our financial needs. A year later, I remembered how TEAM took care of us at that time. Recently, I had experienced a very frightening event that wouldn't have happened if I had a Subaru AWD vehicle. It was at that time that my wife and I decided to check to see if TEAM could again work their magic and get me into a vehicle. I called Dave and he and the people at TEAM went to work. After finding out about my needs and expectations of the type of vehicle I was looking for, Dave narrowed it down to the Subaru XV Crosstrek. He showed me a model that was nearby. I was suprised at all of the fantastic features that the XV Crosstrek had to offer. In the end, TEAM worked with my wife and I to get the financing we needed and TEAM was able again to work their magic and help us get into the XV Crosstrek. We were soon talking with Alex Gilbert in the Financial department doing our closing documents. Alex was extremely patient, knowledgeable and welcoming. This being our second vehicle purchased from TEAM Mazda/Subaru, we would not hesitate to recommend others to buy from such a fantastic, enthusiastic, reputable and caring dealership. I kept my appointment because Phil had been very nice so I figured I would go take a look anyway, but was not overly excited. When I got to Team the vehicle I had been looking at was already sold. Ended up doing the initial paperwork with Jeremiah and he helped me find a vehicle that fit what I was looking for . I took it for a test drive with Jeremiah and it was different from any test drive I have ever taken before. Not the normal used car experience! Both Jeremiah and Phil were great to work with. More
