Both josh's were so nice and compassionate, it was like being in a room of close friends, not at all like i was in the dealership that we see in the movies where its "sell, sell, SELL". They worked very hard networking with the banks to get a affordable payment and they were not going to allow me to be in another bad situation that i was in. Not only did they protect my budget, but they also went above and beyond to protect my investment. Costumer service was 110% and the entire team mazda experience is overall amazing. Negative Equity and I still got what I asked for!!!!! I came to Team Mazda Subaru with a broke down vehicle that I was still paying on. I owed several thousand dollars! He was super funny and friendly, he reminded me of a friend rather than of a salesman. He presented us a couple of cars to choose from and we test drove a 2012 Nissan Maxima and drove that baby home the same day!!!!!!!! Not only, did they pay off my trade-in, the got me a really great interest rate on the loan. I am paying each a month a monthly payment that I can afford and that makes a whole xxxx of a difference. We feel that we could have gotten a better price than what we paid, but we were on a time crunch, so that was our fault. The next morning the check engine light came on, I called Jason, and he got Stuart (mechanic, also very nice) to take care of us ASAP, no charge. Overall great experience. Will definitely consider buying from them again. More

Let see let's do a math. the car was label for $22,000 or so I was suppose given $2,000 trade for my car I gave $4,000 down payment and I end with a loan of $24,000.
