Not just a business, but a Family Jeremiah Clemons was amazing to work with. What Jeremiah and Team did for me was nothing short of a miracle in my eyes. I have been to 4 different dealerships in the last year trying to trade my car in for my long term dream car that will be with me for the next century, at least. I’m very particular about what I want and what I like and until I went to Team no one was willing to work with me to give me what I wanted within the price range I demanded. If you take my individual circumstances into account it makes the situation even more amazing. I had a bankruptcy five years ago, only a fair credit score, and absolutely no down payment. I went to the dealership expecting that it would end the same way as all my other inquiries had and that I would be going home with my old car. I conceded this to be my last attempt before I settled with my current vehicle for good and I’m still somewhat in shock that I’m driving around the first brand new car I’ve ever owned. I got a 2015 Mazda CX5 that I absolutely love and that I get more excited about every day. Jeremiah kicked xxx by not only giving me what I wanted, but then going back and pushing for an even better deal. This company seems to have the right idea of creating a family-like customer base. I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease with everyone in a dealership before, in fact I absolutely hate dealing with car salesmen, but I felt like I was respected and in complete control of getting what I wanted. This is also the first dealership I’ve EVER dealt with that doesn’t consider their relationship/work with you complete when you drive off the lot. I’ve never had a dealership that has wanted me to call them if I have questions or issues with my car and when Jeremiah gave me his personal phone number and told me to contact them with any questions about my vehicle, I was a little shocked. How amazing is it to know that you didn’t just buy a car, but you have the support of their whole team with any issues that may arise with your vehicle. Again, feels like a community/family based relationship instead of a cold, business venture ending in a stiff handshake as you drive off the lot. I’m amazed at what Team and Jeremiah has done to get me into a vehicle I love and back on track in having outstanding credit again after my bankruptcy. These people really care and it’s so refreshing to see. More
