amateurs in both sales and service they can ans the phone quickly in the front office, but service dept never picks up the phone, what's with this? why give them a phone number to call they can ans the phone quickly in the front office, but service dept never picks up the phone, what's with this? why give them a phone number to call when finished? because they've never called me when finished, i always have to call them. we bought our Forester there and they bungled several things we later had to deal with at DMV, then back to Larry Miller to get that straight. financing was screwed up too. good grief, if something can be bungled, they'll do even worse! find another dealer if possible. Excellent price, no pressure sales. My wife and I were shopping for a new Subaru and we first tried Team Mazda Subaru where we met Dustin Pribbernow. Dustin listened to our needs and showed us a vehicle that met them. Because we also had another appointment at a competing Subaru dealership, I asked Dustin to give us their best price on a Forester and what our vehicle would be worth as trade in. We went to the Subaru dealership in a neighboring town and found an identical vehicle. The competing dealership quoted a lower price for a new Forester and a higher price for trade in. We called Dustin and told him the numbers the competition was offering and he said he would match them. Ultimately, because of the genuine, no pressure sales approach Dustin took, we chose to purchase at Team Mazda Subaru. We have not had many positive experiences at dealerships, but this was definitely one, if not the best we've had. Brad & Lynnea C. More

Incompetent and lack of communication For the past three weeks I have been bringing in my daughters Mazda to be repaired and serviced to make sure it is safe for her to drive on the road w For the past three weeks I have been bringing in my daughters Mazda to be repaired and serviced to make sure it is safe for her to drive on the road when she gets here on tn April 2nd. They kept changing the service price quote to finish... Today, April 1st, I came in to pick up the car as I was told would be ready...OMG ...They never called me to let me know the vehicle was not finished. They did not know if one of the parts was even in tho they told me this am it was ...When talking to the Manager tonight he did not have a clue!!! Said he just heard about the situation...Never took responsibility for the incompetence of his staff and kept saying, "Well, what would you like me to do about it. .." I was so upset that he never offered a resolution and I left crying thinking, "Now how can I expect my daughters car is even safe for her to drive by herself out of state!! There is so much more to this 'worst customer service ever'! :-( More

Dustin Pribbernow was very helpf My wife and I were doing initial research into possible car purchases for the following year when I plan on retiring. Dustin Pribbernow was very helpful and informative (w/o being pushy) even though we hadn't planned on buying immediately, giving us a good deal of his time. After having researched a great number of cars, the Subaru Impreza turned out to be my new car of choice (I found no other cars that could compete w/the Impreza's combination of price, features and reliability). A careful examination of our finances revealed it would be better to purchase immediately than wait at least another 18 months. I called Dustin and was leaving the dealership w/my new Impreza in less than 36hrs! Price was what I was willing to pay (they gave me a good deal, don't know if I could have done better elsewhere), the entire process was painless and professional. Our experience at Team Subaru was so good I believe my wife will be purchasing her new Impreza there before the year is out! More

Female 28 Year old Disabled American Veteran My Kia Soul that I purchased from Team Mazda/Suburu of Caldwell had 42,000 miles on it. The salesman sold me a 3 month 3000 mile warranty for $200 dollars. After a short period of time. My starter went bad. I had to have it fixed. The cost was $499.75. The people that fixed my starter for me looked at my warranty and laughed told me that the dealership charged me $200 dollars for a 3 month 3000 mile warranty even though they knew that it had a 10 year 100k warranty from the manufacturer. Then the people fixed my starter paid my bill for me and told me that there are a lot of people in this world that would still take advantage of disabled American Veteran. KH Nampa More
My Kia Soul needed new breaks My car needed a service and breaks. I went in on 12/28/2018 and I didn't have an appointment but they said they could do the breaks that day. When they took off the old breaks and looked at the ones the dealer sent they knew they were not the right ones. We were told that they had about 3 different breaks for that car so they had them send all the models. After they received the right breaks we were on our way. We waited about 4 hours, but the young man kept us informed as to what the problem was and we are very satisfied with the work and service. More
