Above and beyond I would like to thank the Team Mazda Subaru staff members for making our car buying experience a pleasure. On July 12, we brought our two daughters in to Team Mazda Subaru help them purchase their first cars. If the initial purchase was our entire experience, we would have been thrilled. We had two cars that worked for our daughters and we had a very positive experience. I would have recommended Team Mazda Subaru, and may have returned to purchase another car. However, what happened next is why we will only go back to Team. When we arrived home, we decided to take Fallon’s car to the grocery store. As we drove to the store, there seemed to be an issue with the transmission. This did not occur before we left the dealership. It seemed to sputter between 2nd and 3rd gear. It happened all the way to the store and all the way back. We had purchased the bumper to bumper warrantee, and Fallon is leaving for college in three weeks, so we decided to take it back to Team to see if they could check it out. Loren and Fallon took it back to Team. It was a Sunday and there wasn’t anyone in the service area to look at the car, so they took the car and gave us a loaner to use until they looked at her car. On Monday, the mechanics looked at the car and agreed something was wrong with the transmission. So they made an appointment with Ford to take it in and have them look at the transmission and fix it. As it turned out, this was an issue with the Ford Fiesta. After Ford looked at it, they said it would be a 15 to 20 week wait for the parts to fix the car. Fallon was leaving for school in 3 weeks. Team shared with us that they were willing to arrange for a rental car for the 15 to 20 weeks. Loren reminded them that Fallon was going to school and did they want her to have a rental up in Moscow for up to 20 weeks. The team at Team met and discussed this situation. No one wanted Fallon to drive to school in the car we purchased, and the rental didn’t seem like the right decision as well. They decided to void the first purchase and help Fallon get a different car. We went back to Team on Sunday, July 19th. They had three cars for Fallon to choose from that met her criteria and was in her price range. Ironically, they had a second red 2013 Nissan Altima for Fallon to test drive. They sold this car to us for the exact same price they sold us Isabella’s car – and we had a trade-in for Isabella’s car. Fallon’s payment was a little higher than the original car, but this was a safer car, dependable, and something she will want to have even after she graduates. Mr. Rodriguez made the signing of the paperwork a pleasure for the second time. He had even found a better rate for Isabella’s loan. We would like to thank Aaron Ulrich, the general manager that made this possible. Team Mazda and Subaru could have made us wait 20 weeks for Fallon to have a car that works because that is the car we purchased; however, they wanted her to be in a car that was safe, dependable, and wanted to be sure she was satisfied with her car. Aaron Ulrich, Ruben Rodriguez, and Rob Rapp made sure we were satisfied with our purchases and that the girls had safe, dependable cars to drive. We appreciate all they did for our daughters. More

He made sure my parents were informed, as well as my sister and I, who were both trying to buy cars. He was kind, understanding and a dream to work with. He got us both in cars with reasonable payments that day. Unfortunately the car i bought had a transmission issue. Instead of the dealership washing their hands of it and letting me have a broken car, they chose the higher road. There were not happy because I was not satisfied, and they wanted to make sure I had a dependable car that would take me to college, and would give me no problems. So, the took the car I bought back, and helped me get a different one. They made sure it would be something I could afford, and a car I love.. I am so so thankful for all for them, their hard work, and their dedication to customer satisfaction. They have gained a few more life long customers. And I highly recommend them. Thank you Rob, and the entire staff at Team for making my first car amazing, and the experience even better. More

I was led to Team Mazda. to find my "Dream Car" ... starting with the assistance of Robin, she "took my car search dilemma" and turned my negative into a POSITIVE. I'm 69yrs old and NEVER purchased a car for myself, They did for me what my husband (RIP) did for me in 44 yrs of marriage, they made my purchase experience a STRESSLESS one. Thank You, Robin, Alex and Jason ... Thanks to the outstanding help from Jason (up and beyond the call of duty)! and Alexander and Robin (what a TEAM), I drove off in my beautiful Mazda .... got the best deal from TEAM, over all the other dealerships .... and I think I was at every other one of them More

I have been planning on buying a car for my Daughter going off to college and had just been putting it off, but Gil was so amazing that we headed in and again Gil was helpful, friendly and we now have a great car for my daughter that is reliable, great gas mileage, super cute and the payment we wanted. Old battery was warranted the label on it and my purchase receipt said it, I was charged for new full price battery. Brought to attention of Gregg Phillips Service Director and he said they didn't take warrenty into account and didn't perform required by Mazda special test so (to bad) warranty will not be honored. Not their fault I didn't stress that the battery was under warranty. Too bad, good by. More

Not to mention the awesome service we got after purchasing , no questions about it, bit of a fair wait but totally worth it, their guys down in services are legit and know their stuff, they'll get you up and running no matter the trouble. Gets worse by the day....fine if you never need service I purchased my 2nd Subaru here. Very easy and quick service. I was pleased. Had a great 1st experience with service; in fact, it was so good, I bought the big party platters at Costco and dropped them off for the team to have a lunch treat. It's been a nightmare since then. No return phone calls; NONE. Since January 4, 2015 my airbag light on the dashboard and loud alarm has been going off. It happens intermittently and usually will go off if I turn the car off and on. It's kind of dangerous due to the loud alarm going off. Doesn't make mountain driving very easy. I do take photos of the dashboard to show the light and mileage when it happens. I can't even get anyone to return my repeated phone calls. Multiple service visits and no response. They say they're talking to Subaru about the problem. Nothing. So today I'll call Subaru and talk to them. I won't ever return to this dealership. If you enjoy this type of service go there. If not, find another dealer. More
