He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided diving areas where the vehicle could be put through its paces. We were very impressed with the performance and safety features of the Outback. Rob was easy to work with and promoted a fair deal for our trade-in. It was evident that Rob was not only interested in providing customer service but he believes in the vehicles and enjoys the service he provides. Wonderful Rueben provided excellent guidance through the financial paper work and worked overtime to finish the sale. The wife and I will look to this dealership again when we get ready to make another vehicle purchase. More

Our first contact with Jason by way of the internet, then by phone and finally person to person. From the very start our dealing with Jason was like dealing with a long time friend, he was easy to talk to, knew his product, could address all our concerns and answered all our questions. I think the one thing that sets Jason apart from the majority of car salespersons is that he treats the folks he meets not as customers but as friends and that's a good thing. We'd even go so far as to say we'd like Jason as a neighbor and that in it's self says a lot. Thank you for allowing us to share our enjoyable car buying experience with Team Mazda. He had three people asking questions at the same time and had to explain things multiple times for all of us to get it. He sat with for 5 hours while we went back and forth but in the end I drove home my brand new 2015 Subaru Forester. It was a great experience and I love my car! More

They went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted, with an interest rate I didn't think I'd be able to get. However... Once I drove it off the lot, it went downhill fast. I got it home on a Friday afternoon, only to discover oil was hemorrhaging on my driveway. Engine was completely drained and there was a loose oil collection pan. I had to drive out (in another car to avoid damage to my new to me/used one) to dealership to get a loaner. Since it was over a weekend, the service department and tow truck weren't available until Monday. The car loaned to me smelled like something died inside and I had an empty tank of gas. Over that same weekend, I realized they never put in the car mats like promised. I had been so focused on the oil hemorrhage and potential damage to my engine, that I didn't even look at the floor boards. When I dropped off the loaner three days later, they told me to get the mats for my new car at that time. They couldn't locate them and the salesman was on vacation. Told me they would leave a note and get them shipped or delivered to me the following week. Didn't happen. I did get a call, which I thought was about the mats, a few days later. However, that was someone asking for driver's license and insurance photo copies-- those had already been taken, not once, but twice, when I purchased the car, and a third time when I had to get the loaner car. I explained this, I was also home sick and later in the hospital and unable to fax or email copies. She continued to call and and email me daily, telling me they needed copies. They had them; three sets, to be exact. They apparently submitted them all when they turned in paperwork. Let's go back to the mats. Every couple days, I would call to check on them; every few days, I was promised they were in stock with my name on them and they would send them to my house. I left countless messages for managers to no avail. When I got in touch with the salesman, he said he called and left a message telling me they were on a shelf, with my name on them. Not hardly. I didn't have any calls from TEAM nor did I have any messages. I don't appreciate being blatantly lied to. Finally, this past Friday, after a MONTH after purchase and dealing with this run-around and horrible lack of service, I was able to connect with Gregg Phillips, the Service Manager, who finally did what others could not. He checked the building and found a set that was just on a shelf, but did not have my name on them as previously promised. He not only told me he would deliver the mats (and really, I didn't believe him because I heard it for the past month), but he literally delivered on his promise this morning, just as he said he would. I commend him for being truly concerned for the service after the sale, despite a full month and countless phone calls to his compatriots who were clearly only focused on the sale and daily quota being met. For being one of the most notable dealerships for sales and service in the Treasure Valley, you'd think they would be more concerned about after-care and word of mouth. Aside from the initial purchase day when I was obviously excited about a new-to-me car, it was a horrible experience until Gregg got involved. Thank goodness I love the car or it would have been a complete waste of my time, money, energy, effort, and sanity. More
Worst car buying experience I went in to buy a used car for my teenage son. I wanted something not too expensive so payments would be low. Early that same week I had received a flyer in the mail; pictured were several used cars for $5K-$6K with a monthly price range of $59 - $100. When I went in I was told that I could never get a car at that price financed, they just don't do that and they couldn't help me out. The last car I bought was from a Nissan dealership in town that took the time to call other states to make sure I was getting the car I wanted. I will never go back this place. I've never had such a bad car buying experience! More

Quick and professional "Team" I knew what I wanted and the price it was available elsewhere. I made a call to Team Subaru; Veronica in internet sales made some inquiries, and 5 minutes later they matched the price. It was getting late on a Friday evening, but they welcomed us in right before the doors closed. They made quick time on the paperwork, but Craig made sure that he lined us out on all our car's tech features, helped configure our phones on the new Nav. system, and answered all our questions. The "team" of Veronica, Craig, and manager Derrick (I think his name - he was filling in for the weekend) made it a very easy/pleasant experience, and they literally kept the doors open 45 minutes past closing just to make sure we were dialed in. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and welcoming. More

He gets moved to organize and improve things at various brands so he is very aware of vehicle track records and what I need. So far he has been Manager at Subaru, Mazda, Nissan, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. When I said I was thinking about looking at cars he immediately said, "Mom you need to get a Subaru". He has been concerned about my driving in the winter months with a rear wheel drive vehicle. My husband and I came to the dealer just to look at the various models totally with the "tire kicker" attitude. Rob Rapp did not treat us as not important because of this, he went full out to tell us about the different models and was able to dial in to our driving needs. We were so impressed we went from "tire kickers" to "buyers". I'm a happy customer! Thanks for a painless experience. More
