Professional presentation I went to Team Mazda Subaru shopping and not intending to purchase a car that day. Gil was so pleasant and knowledgeable in helping me decide the mod I went to Team Mazda Subaru shopping and not intending to purchase a car that day. Gil was so pleasant and knowledgeable in helping me decide the model given my specifications. He made recommendations after carefully listening to what I thought I wanted. He provided great input which helped me decide on an Outback instead of the Forester I initially thought I was shopping for. I have had a Forester for the last 15 years and was happy with it. He was not high pressure, but presented the information in a logical and easy to understand manner. The test drive really sold me. We went through some iterations which resulted in me ending up with the perfect car for me which I do not think would have happened without Gil's input. Rob as well as Gil has been instrumental in helping me understand all the bells and whistles my Outback has. I drove away that day with a new car. Thanks! More
