Gil was very good to work with. We enjoyed working with Gil very much. and it very nice to have someone else go through the books with us. I have to say that after two trips from Boi We enjoyed working with Gil very much. and it very nice to have someone else go through the books with us. I have to say that after two trips from Boise to Caldwell to have the remote starter installed....I am not real impressed with the service department or whoever is supposed to do that work. First we had to reschedule then when we set up the appointment, I was told 4 or 5 hours. After 4 1/2 hours I went back to see how much longer only to discover they were backed up and I couldn't get my car back until the next day. Gil was very good trying to make up for the first trip over. I really hope I have better luck on my next trip. More

We didn't know what we were doing but Team Mazda made our visit quick and easy. I am a loan assistant and was very impressed with their honesty when talking about interest rates. Of course it is hard to get a low interest rate the first time you buy a car but they actually called personally for us to get us the best deal they could. My husband and I have built cars and know that some dealerships will rip you off pretty badly but Team Mazda showed us the best option and were very honest about the cars. We were only there for 2 hours and we were driving away with our 2016 Mazda 3. We had gone to many dealerships that didn't really want to help us out because they knew we most likely wouldn't be approved since this is our first loan. Team Mazda laid out the options for us and I was surprised at the deal they got us. Gil was our salesman but he was awesome. He was so enthusiastic and really helped us to figure out what was best for us and we will definitely be back for our next purchase. He was hilarious and truly made the experience amazing. Definitely ask for Gil when you go to Team Mazda he was great! More

They had me approved in literally minutes where other dealers took all day just to give me bad news. We had to order the car that we wanted since it was at the end of the 2015 season and while that took a little time, Kelly kept us updated on the progress and approximate arrival date of our Subaru. As it turned out he was right on target with the date and had our car washed and ready for pick up when we arrived to get the keys. If we ever decide to trade in our second car we would definitely head over to Team Mazda Subaru and seek out Kelly. His customer service was outstanding and just all around nice guy. More
