Love my car! My husband did a lot of review lots of Mini SUVs for us. We wanted to get smaller, but not too small. Had a family van for 15 years, children all grown, time to get mom a car. Forrest met us immediately, explained to him what we wanted Forrest mentioned the Subaru Forester, but I immediately said "NO, looks like a station wagon, I want a wife car, not a mommy car." We drove several Mazda's that my husband had reviewed, none were exactly right, not my dream car. Forrest said how about a Subaru mini SUV. We drove it, I liked it, especially the part where I climbed the parking lot hill without a problem, but was not sold on it. The car was too low to get in and out and felt too tight in the drivers seat area, too cramped. I have Osteoporosis and have broken my back 4 times, currently in a brace with L3 fracture and too low causes lots of pain; so in and out has to be comfortable. Did several other cars, again not bad, but not perfect. Again, Forrest said, "just sit in the Forester, see how the seat to hip ratio is". I got in, and out several times, then took It on a test drive. Loved the room in the front seat, the back up camera and the seat to hip ratio. Forrest knew what would be the best for me from the beginning when we told him what we wanted in a car but was very patient and let me try 4-5 others first! He scraped ice off the cars we wanted to drive and was really cool about going from cold car to cold car. We drove around in 19' degree, windy and dark weather to find the perfect color and price. Forrest getting out to compare the price each time. He was the one in the cold, we set in the car. We told him what we wanted for payments and he and Dave ( I hope it was him) came very close to that. It is very important to my husband that I have auto start and fog lights. I work in Boise everyday, so the drive from Parma can be tricky in the winter. Forrest was able to get those for us paid by TEAM in our deal. Forrest was honest about not knowing all the stuff about the inside workings of the Forester, he gave us to Craig who explained all the important items, and got my phone hooked up in the car! AMAZING! We met with Rubio to do the final paper work and we were surprised to have the monthly payments even lower, nice bonus. Rubio is very friendly and warm. His wife and I even know each other, so that was a great bonus. Would go back to Forrest for a car again. Been very pleased with Kevin Schramm in service also. He got my Forrester right in (purchased the car on Saturday night at closing of course, 12/26/2015; he got me in 12/30/2015!) to get the started and fog lights and has been able to connect with the window tinting company you all recommend. He called me at 8:25 am on 12/30/2015 to give me an update on my work orders. I have never had that! With most dealers, you have to call them all day to see when you can get your car, if you ever reach them. So far I am very impressed. More
3rd time is the charm I was hesitant on coming to team Mazda because of past experiences with a few salesmen I worked with or attempted to work with, but I am glad I did an I was hesitant on coming to team Mazda because of past experiences with a few salesmen I worked with or attempted to work with, but I am glad I did and glad that I got to work with Jason he was very honest and down to earth with us made the process extremely easy and comfortable, he didn't try and push us in a direction we didn't want to go. Jason made this process worth coming back to for friends and future purchases. I can say he is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. 10/10 More

Awsome experience I originally went into the dealer ship to get my oil change on my Mazda 3 that I had purchased from Rob Rapp who was introduced to me by Liza Olivo ju I originally went into the dealer ship to get my oil change on my Mazda 3 that I had purchased from Rob Rapp who was introduced to me by Liza Olivo just over a year ago when I started looking at the 2016 Mazda 6's on the lot. I decided that I would really like to upgrade to the Mazda 6 so I went in and talked to Liza who is a very fun person to work with. Her and Rob were great! Rob really worked hard to get me the best deal for my trade and for the new car. He got me a better interest rate and was able to keep my payment within my budget. More

My questions were answered in an honest manner and he gave me advice on issues that I had not even thought about. I was able to order the exact model and color that I wanted and he kept me updated on the arrival of my vehicle. The paperwork was handled beforehand so when the car came in all I had to do was go pick it up. He walked me through on how all the technology worked, thus shortening what I would have had to read in the manual. This is the second Subaru Dave has sold me and I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you very much Dave! You are greatly appreciated. More

Takes advantage of elderly They sold my parents a 7 passenger van that keeps breaking down. First of all, why would you sell an elderly couple a 7 passenger van.. second of all why are you keeping the van for a week when "nothing is wrong with it". It saddens me that people treat others this way. I wonder how the salespeople and GM would feel if someone took advantage of their parents/grandparents. Unfortunately, I did not go with them to assist in the purchase. The old saying "they saw them coming", absolutely applies here. This is just poor business practice. BTW.. it did not start just a few days after purchase. My father has lost time at work and for a family that lives pay check to pay check.. this matters. More
