It could not have been better! Let's be honest: whether you buy or lease, car acquisition is a big deal. For some of us, it is just short of horrifying. Fortunately for me, Team Let's be honest: whether you buy or lease, car acquisition is a big deal. For some of us, it is just short of horrifying. Fortunately for me, Team Mazda Subaru came to the rescue! At 62, single, and female, I was sure that car dealers were out to get me. But I had no choice: after ten years and 140K miles, my car just had to be replaced. A quick drive to Caldwell and the folks at Team helped me feel comfortable, confident, and respected. My salesman, Alex Coakley, was knowledgeable and friendly and it was a pleasure working with him. He is enthusiastic but not pushy. Alex shared so much good information during the test drive--it was very impressive. The experience was outstanding on all levels. Kelly Crill, another of the salesmen, went out of his way to make me feel a part of the Team family. But it didn't stop there. Jason, The Mazda manager, sat down with me before I left with my new car, and walked me through its features and the manuals. He added to the information I'd obtained earlier. Face it: some of us hate to negotiate. The process at Team was practically painless. I still can't believe how easy it was--and u feel like the price I paid was very fair. It feels great to be a part of Team Mazdas' family! Thanks to Alex--and everyone at Team!!! More

Jake Rapp I just bought a 2016 Mazda 3 from Jake and have bought two other cars in the last two years from him. I cant say enough of the good experience we had I just bought a 2016 Mazda 3 from Jake and have bought two other cars in the last two years from him. I cant say enough of the good experience we had with Jake and the team there. I probably wouldn't go to anyone else but Jake even in the future. He even checks up on us way after the sale was final to see if we are still happy with our purchase. He's an honest guy and that means a lot when purchasing a vehicle. I recommend him to all my friends and family. More

First off, he actually took what we had to say and applied it to our purchase instead of trying to push us to what he wanted us to want. That was a huge help. But, even more importantly, he worked so hard to get us everything we wanted and more for the right payment and made it easy for us to make everything happen. This is how car buying should be. I will be coming back when it's time and referring everyone here. I couldn't be happier. More

Nothing will Ever happen! A real company not into shady deals Would have fixed the issue! Shady car salesman (I will talk to the guy) LOL I will do my part to point out there shady practices! You people out there do your part to not use the company and we can get them out of business!!! A dream I know!!! But team Mazda is one of the bad ones!!!! Great Dealership to do business with. I just purchased a 2016 Subaru from Joshua Gragg. This is the second car I purchased from Joshua and find him to be a great salesman. One of the most important things to me is that he treated me like a person not just another sale - Instead he did everything he could to keep me at what I told him I could afford. He was never pushy which a respected about him. Had he been pushy I would have walked out as it turns me away faster than anything. I would refer him to anyone in a heartbeat. He is honest. Thank you Joshua, Konnie I have also worked with Craig Clapier in the past with questions and concerns - he is also a great salesman to work with. More
Really great service from super salesman, Chris Burke. I had researched what I wanted in my 6th Subaru and Chris helped me find it to test drive. As anticipated, I absolutely loved the new Outback except I had researched what I wanted in my 6th Subaru and Chris helped me find it to test drive. As anticipated, I absolutely loved the new Outback except that the seats were not what I wanted so Chris had them reupholstered. I traded in my 5th Subaru and drove away happy in my 6th. The best thing about my experience is that I called 3 months later with some questions and Chris was available to provide answers. This was probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. Anyone looking for a great car from a really good dealer with a really good salesperson, call Chris at Team Subaru in Caldwell, Idaho. More
