Overall, good experience. Some complaints along the way. The first salesman, Ben, I had was super nice and didn't pressure me at all. I came into the dealership already knowing what two cars I wanted to test The first salesman, Ben, I had was super nice and didn't pressure me at all. I came into the dealership already knowing what two cars I wanted to test drive. He showed me those two cars and test drove them with me. Ben was funny, nice and dealt with my sarcastic aunt and I. However, since he was new a couple other salesman were there to "help" him. However, the other salesman were pushy on other cars that I did not want to look at and I felt like they were trying to encroach on his sale. One of the other salesman brought up my relationship status, asking how I was still single. It was uncomfortable. I would also advise anyone looking to buy a car there to do their research. One of the cars I was looking at was priced $4000 over bluebook value and they insisted that their price was accurate. The car I ended up buying was spot on bluebook value. Lastly, I would advise the whole company to change their policy on sharing prices. I had no idea what they were asking for either car until over an hour into my visit, but they kept talking about monthly payments like I knew what the cars were priced at. Overall, good experience. Nice salesman and quality cars. More
