Josh gragg is the only salesman anyone should ever deal with. I love how he is very honest and will work tirelessly to get you what you want and need but still trying to keep payments where you need them. with. The people that work here are questionable, they aren’t genuinely friendly, they are robot friendly. It’s uncomfortable sitting here for almost 2 hours to get a free oil change. It seems to cost extra from my life to get a simple 30 minute oil change. If anything goes wrong with my car again I will never bring it back to team Mazda. They replaced a part that was almost $500 and tried to quote me for the same part that still was leaking because they didn’t actually fix it. They won’t reimburse me for all the coolant I’ve gone threw so the free oil changes I basically still paid for a good chunk of. They literally made my credit score go up but turned their back on me and tried stealing from me when my car broke down. These guys will destroy your credit if you don’t have a healthy support system. More
Saw a few reviews on this website saying the dealer deleted them on google so I’m reposting mine here I came here due to the 2000 trade in advert on the radio, I had just started a family and needed deleted them on google so I’m reposting mine here I came here due to the 2000 trade in advert on the radio, I had just started a family and needed something bigger, The moment I walked in the door everyone was friendly and respectful. the whole process was incredibly streamlined and I was driving home in a used CX-5 just a few hours after arriving. My issues started occurring the in the weeks following. During the buying process the salesman I worked with mentioned that there was a large amount of parts ordered to be replaced on the car, as well as a new windshield (the current one was cracked) and a detail service. over the next 2 months I reached out multiple times asking about the promised services, I ended up having to go in person 2 separate times just get the windshield to be replaced. The entire experience after the papers were signed has been frustrating. To top it off the car was sold to me for over twice the kbb value, something I found out after the fact. I’ve no idea if this is a common experience here but it’s one I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As soon as they have your money it’s almost a lost cause getting any customer support. More
