Team Superstore is changing the car buying game Wow, what can I say? I have bought at least 2 dozen new cars in the past 25 years. Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Toyota, Ford, Lincoln etc.... New Car purchase experience My wife and I were looking for a new Mazda CX 5. We went to a Mazda dealer that we found on the internet as we had no previous experience with Mazda. My wife and I were looking for a new Mazda CX 5. We went to a Mazda dealer that we found on the internet as we had no previous experience with Mazda. Billy Ross showed us the 2015 but also the new 2016 models that just came out. We liked the new features of the 2016 CX 5 so focused on that. Billy and all the staff were very courteous the whole time. We took a test drive of the car level we were interested in. Billy was very knowledgeable about the car and how the many new features worked and was able to explain them in terms we could understand. The sales manager was very friendly and helpful as well. We were given ample time to consider each stage of the process as we were not anticipating buying a car that day. The team at TEAM was impressive as we went though each stage of the process. Real people, down to earth helpful but not pushy at all. We both felt it was a very good experience and that we had found a really trustworthy dealership for a long term relationship;. We keep our cars a long time. More

We LOVED the Mazda 6, and the people we worked with close to where we live just didn't do it for us. I made a phone call to the Team Superstore, I spoke with Rocco, and after that short informative conversation, I already felt like I had a friend who had my best interests in sight. I knew my boyfriend and I needed to take a trip out there. We ended up getting in touch with Rocco a few days later asking him if he was going to be available, he was, so we made the trip. Our first step out of the car was greeted by super friendly employees, we were also offered food/ beverage while we waited to meet Rocco. Rocco made this car buying experience the easiest and most amazing experience ever. He gave us a ton of information on the car we were interested in, he kept things straight forward, to the point, and helpful. He made my dream car a reality, and I drove home in it that night.
