The sales people have always been very friendly and helpful. The service department is AWESOME! Dennis, Jessica, Mike and Jon are very helpful and professional any time I’ve brought the cars in for service. It’s so nice to have a place I can rely on to bring my car to. Surprisingly, Chris knew a lot about the Kia Niro Hybrid Plug In. My past experience was most salespeople didn’t take the time to truly learn about EVs and Hybrid cars. Chris was especially good at listening and understanding our needs and wants in choosing a new car. Chris proved to be trustworthy and the perfect advocate in helping us get the right car for us. Kia Of El Cajon should want all their sales staff to be as authentic in listening and putting the Customers’ needs first as Chris truly makes a habit in doing. More people like Chris will help change the general poor past reputation of all car dealers. More
