My wife brought our car in for a recall repair and during the repair a coincidence they called it but my fuel line got broken and they laughed at my face and had a quote for me. Now let me say my car has never been to this dealership and I know for a fact my fuel line was not broken but this dealership has to the most dishonest and terrible customer service. The recall involved taking the back seat out and fuel pump assembly is right there very close to the area they were working on because they showed it to me but still declining breaking it and also whats crazy is when my Wife brought the car to tell the dealership it's leaking fuel they decline and let her drive off with it but when I took the car they want me to towe the car or sign some relase forms like wow. No where on my recall form that they gave me say anything about fuel leaking Because I'm pretty sure they would have smelt it or seen it since they are working again. This has been the most horrible experience 😪 ever from this dealership. I do work on cars myself and never had a problem with my car until I took it to kia dealership el cajon service center and I wish I never had. I will also be contacting Kia of America BBB and so forth until I get my car problem resolved. More
Awful service department. Took 3 months to replace an engine under warranty. Little to no communication with service advisor during and no help with a replacement vehicle. Also didn't fix a clutch issue they knew was a problem when I first brought it in. Also damaged my vehicle while in the service department. I was also overcharged. My 2018 Kia Soul lasted for about a week until the check engine light came on. Took it back and they said it was the clutch...but you were supposed to check and fix the clutch according to the text messages between service advisor. Even though the service department completely botched this, with text messages to prove incompetence, they still want me to $2500 for the repairs. I will never buy a kia again and I will never visit this dealer More

This Kia location and specifically Sol who helped me deal with another unfortunate engine issue in a month, was outstanding with her customer service and made my experience much better than I had previously with another unfortunate engine issue in a month, was outstanding with her customer service and made my experience much better than I had previously at another dealership. I went down for an appt due to your service team getting oil inside my car. When I brought this to the attention of the location I was apologized to and told in text, that per the manager, I would get a VI oil inside my car. When I brought this to the attention of the location I was apologized to and told in text, that per the manager, I would get a VIP wash due to the issue. Keep in mind, I love about 40 minutes away from this location. When I went down and spoke to the same person that wrote me the text they took care of the issue they caused and did nothing else. You should live up to your promises. Unfortunately, it seems as though poor service is what this location is known for. More

Bought my KIA EV6 in May 2022 for $42000 sticker price n got out for $68,000. Way too much for just EV6 light Wind.I just need a car that day n not knowing price way too much. Car had a recall and when I tried to trade in after a month for KIA, they don't want to negotiate and don't want to give me my rebate of $300 for military discount. And when I took my car to get recall fixed, I got charged $190 for diagnostic fee. Not only bad service, bad customer service, greedy people and all want to make money out of me. Don't ever buy in KIA EL CAJON. More

My granddaughter found a used car on the website and we drove to this dealership to view and drive it. After driving and completing the application, it took over an hour before her “closer” came to speak w drove to this dealership to view and drive it. After driving and completing the application, it took over an hour before her “closer” came to speak with us. The price he quoted was almost 12K more than the Internet price. He justified the pricing as additional “dealer installed” accessories and extended warranty. We were looking at a certified so as to stay in her budget ( not to have to buy a warranty). He then offered to discount the garbage accessories down to just under $5000. We later found the car on their website for $500 less than originally advertised…which would have made the deal. This place was horrible BTW Samantha was super. Management not even close More
