Uncontrolled Madness I originally got my first car from this dealership in 2014, got it new off the lot the experience was great. It was great enough that I took a friend I originally got my first car from this dealership in 2014, got it new off the lot the experience was great. It was great enough that I took a friend there and he took a car off the lot as well. When the new Cadenza came out I wanted to drive it and possibly purchase it. My second trip to purchase a car was completely horrible. The prices for vehicles on the internet was completely different then what was on the sticker. They even tried to sell me a car that was sticker priced at 41k for 58k. They undercut the value of my trade in and acted like they could do no more for me but after some negotiating all of a sudden they were able to raise the value of my trade in. As a return customer and a fan of the Kia brand all of this was not caused for, I made it very clear what I wanted what I could spend and what my stipulations were. After 2 days of going back and forth they eventually met me exactly where I wanted to be 2 days ago. Which made me feel like I wasted my weekend for nothing. The only person that was of any help was a lady named Denise , I wish I knew her last name but I don't. I feel bad that she had to sit there and watch the madness unfold and could do anything. I sold my Kia Optima and I will never return to Kia again. I would have easily stayed with them if the experience was better but in fear of having to deal with that same experience I went with a different car band. Kia may be a great car for great value but they also loose value extremely quick and even the Kia dealership that you may buy your car from might not even want it back. It was not worth the headache and I wish that I had of put 17k into another car and not that Optima at least I could have gotten something other than being 2k upside down for maintaining a perfect maintenance record and keeping the car looking and riding new with no accidents for almost 3 years. More

Liars We never leased a car. We do not like lease contracts because you are limited on your mileage and if you go over the mileage you pay for it. The sale We never leased a car. The sales man Gregg Abbott and John Garcia told us that the lease contracts are different now that if you return your car that you bought at the kia dealer and trade it in for another new Kia up graded car that you do not have to pay for the mileage that you went over for the year. Well we went to the Kia dealer on Johnson ave in El CaJon, CA and they told us that they don't have that kind of lease option and Craig Abbott and John Garcia dose not work their any more, what a coincidence!. More
