amazing if you're looking to buy a new car, this is the place to go. Good Dealership I went to Team Kia with a specific car in mind. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get it for the price I requested, but that was no fault of ou I went to Team Kia with a specific car in mind. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get it for the price I requested, but that was no fault of our salesman. Norm Lord was very helpful and easy to work with. He brought all of our questions directly to the folks responsible and treated us kindly throughout the whole experience. More

.Happy New Year to me! The temperature was 17 degrees when I walked into my local Team Kia dealership. I was driving a 2010 Kia Soul Plus, which I loved, but I wanted to see The temperature was 17 degrees when I walked into my local Team Kia dealership. I was driving a 2010 Kia Soul Plus, which I loved, but I wanted to see if I could trade up to something a little newer. Maybe a 2015, if I was lucky enough. A young lady named Jessica was near the front door when I walked in and she greeted me with a bright smile. She asked me if she could help me with anything and I replied, "Maybe". I told her that I was looking to trade in my car for something newer. I had been working hard on my credit score for the past 18 months and thought maybe, just maybe, it was high enough to get something a little newer. We talked for a little bit and I gave her all my information, she said she would run my credit and be right back. I wandered around the lobby looking at all the new cars, dreaming about what it would be like to drive a new car....one that I had purchased on my own. I really liked the look of the new 2018 Kia Soul, but knew I couldn't afford it without a substantial down payment.....if at all. I had bought my 2010 Kia Soul with a $2500 down payment there a year and a half earlier. So even though it was new to me, it was still a used car. After a few minutes Jessica came back and we went to her office and she said I had been approved for a new car. "Oh?, how new?" This one.....a 2018 Kia Soul, Silver in color and did I want to take it out for a test drive? "Really? How much down, because I don't have money for a down payment, only my 2010 for a trade in." No money down, just sign and drive. "How much are the payments?" This much..... It was not much more than I was paying on my 2010 and a great interest rate, considering my credit score wasn't quite up to where it should be, but there was a marked improvement from where it had been. So I took the car for a test drive and fell in love. Now don't get me wrong, I loved my old Soul, but this one had more room and some better features than my old Soul. "I need to check on the insurance to see how much more it will be. I'm getting pretty close to the top of my budget." I told Jessica. So I called my agent, he ran the numbers and the quote was only $10 higher than my current premium. I was thrilled. So on a cold Wednesday, on January 3, 2018 I signed what seemed like 600 papers and drove away in my new 2018 Kia Soul. For someone who thought I would be lucky to get into a car a few years newer, and then ended up with a brand new 2018 Kia Soul.....all I can say is Happy New Year to me and thank you Jessica for making my dreams come true. This is my first ever new car and you made that happen. I would also like to thank Mark Nagy who helped me with all the paperwork. We had a great conversation about pet rescue, which is what I do besides my full time job. He explained everything to me about the paper work and told me what I was signing and why. Between him and Jessica my new car buying experience went as smoothly as possible. Thank you Team Kia for such a wonderful experience. More

Superior Buying Experience I have worked in Customer Service for the last 20 years and are highly aware of all sorts of customer complaints. Team Kia in Johnstown is a textbook I have worked in Customer Service for the last 20 years and are highly aware of all sorts of customer complaints. Team Kia in Johnstown is a textbook example of how a customer SHOULD be treated. A large part of the satisfaction with my recent buying experience has to do with how we were handled by Mark Nagy. Mark was particularly attentive to our needs. We knew what we wanted and he gave it to us without a lot of upselling or run around. Straight forward with the price and SUPER attentive to our schedules and needs. Rob Dale in finance also was a joy to work with. Next vehicle DEFINITELY from these guys. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and the whole Team. More
