Brought my brand new EV6 in for my first service, a tire balancing. Even though it was a small item, I was a little concerned about what I would find the first time around with an unfamiliar service depart balancing. Even though it was a small item, I was a little concerned about what I would find the first time around with an unfamiliar service department. Have to say, it was one of my most pleasant service experiences, ever. Chad and Ethan were friendly, accommodating, courteous, and professional. I had a number of questions about my new EV, and they answered them all, fully and patiently. As to the work done: it was accomplished in a timely manner, and with the results I was hoping for (a smoother ride on the highway.) In addition, an inspection was conducted of my vehicle, which included tire tread, brakes and fluid levels, without my having to ask for it, and at no charge. Bottom line: I drove off more than satisfied, and confident that I'll be able to bring my car to Team Kia's service anytime, knowing that both it---and I---will be well taken care of. More

Worst dealership ever!!! I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago. The sales lady was amazing but is no longer there and the service department is the worst that I I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago. The sales lady was amazing but is no longer there and the service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with. If you need an oil change or anything plan on it taking half of your day and they always come up with something else that’s wrong. Like a tiny bulb but they never show you the problem.... so was there a problem?!? I buy a new car every few years but I will never give this dealership my business again. I don’t trust them and I feel like they screw you over every chance they get. I also think it’s funny that you never get a survey call if u have a complaint. More

Originally my wife and I were looking at a Sportage, but Maxx -- correctly -- told us we could get into a larger Sorento for not a whole lot more in terms of cost. Maxx was helpful without being the typical always-be-closing car salesman stereotype. In our case, he provided ample pictures of the vehicle through email so that my wife could view it (pictures are not on the dealer website). He went through channels when I came up with an alternative purchase method (No, I'm not a low-credit report person looking for help) and helped shepherd that through to a conclusion that saved us, literally, thousands of dollars on the purchase price. The Sorento is in the process of having the protection package applied. I will pick it up next week. I am confident I will be happy with this purchase. My search led to me T I finally decided it was time for my first car purchase and began searching the web for something reliable and within my budget. My search led to me Team Kia in Johnstown. I called and was able to talk to Jess about the car I was interested in and set up a time to come check it out. WhileI was there she was SO helpful and informative. Even with all the cars covered in inches of snow she was more than happy to clear them and let me test drive and many as I wanted. I did finally fall in love with a Kia Sorento and Jess was able to walk me through the entire process. From financing to getting me a good price on it I cannot recommend this dealership enough and specifically Jess. She was fantastic. My parents are currently on the hunt for a new vehicle and because they were with me the day I got my vehicle here they are planning to go back and work with Jess to find their own!! More
