Service department representative Chad Owens was very rude on the phone when I called to make the appointment. When I brought the car in a week later, no customer service skills or communication skills. Told me $175 to diagnose issues plus cost of parts and labor. He told me this when I made the appointment. After car was diagnosed, 24/7 Locksmith Central Oregon was responsible for bill at Kia due to they put a steering harness in my car and damaged the spring clock. Chad changed his story and said that I was responsible for the $175 diagnose fee because I just wanted to rip off the locksmith company. He refused to get a manager and I filed a complaint on website against him with the company. Not happy. Will never recommend to anyone. More
